    Breakfast Stop!
    Candice P.

Perfect seaside coffee place. Came here 3 mornings in a row during our OBX vacay. Their breakfast offerings are delicious and filling. They have limited indoor seating, but outdoors has plenty and its covered!

Great service and better food. Upon entering was handed a menu and put in a quick moving line to the register. Options are simple but all sounded fantastic. Really appreciated the specialty coffees listed, made selecting what we wanted much easier. They took our order quickly, were accommodating of substitutions we requested and were overwhelmingly friendly. Seating and atmosphere was great. Plenty of outdoor seating, though mildly cramped inside. Despite being swamped with customers, our drinks came out almost as fast as we could find a seat. It wasn't even 5 minutes later that our food came out hot and ready. Flavor was amazing. We both got a Hash bowl. Mine was salmon and sweet potatoes, hers was potatoes and sausage. Everything tasted extremely fresh, and quality. Some of the best food we've had in the area so far. Overall very happy with this small find, great people and fantastic food/ coffee. Would highly recommend.

I was genuinely surprised by how good the coffee and food were! The chicken sandwich was to die for, so flavorful and juicy! The place is cute inside, although limited seating but service was efficient and everyone was super friendly. Definitely will be back when we visit the area in the future.

I went in just for coffee. The guy that goes the place helped me and I ended up not getting what I really wanted because he suggested something else. I went outside and added some stuff I had in the car to it and I ended up throwing the coffee away and going somewhere else. It was so dark and bitter. I don't want to give it super low stars because it could've just been me and other people like it. It's a nice place.

BLUF: Strong coffee, breakfast and lunch. Sea Level Coffee and Kitchen is new to Nags Head and serving coffee, breakfast and lunch daily. The coffee is strong and serious which as a black coffee drinker I appreciate. They have all sorts of fancy coffee drinks but so far I have only tried to black iced coffee and coffee on nitro. Frankly, unless it's hot black coffee, I don't see my venturing too far from these staples when it comes to coffee. On my inaugural visit I tried the Crispy Honey Dipped Chicken Sandwich aka fried chicken on a biscuit. Um, yes, yes, please. To make it even better and messier I added a scrambled egg although you can also get your egg poached. As it was, I was up to my elbows in this messy sandwich - no complaints. It was excellent. I figured I would start my way at the top of the menu and work my way down. Sea Level has seating both inside and outside. On a pleasant summer morning my husband and I enjoyed sitting on the front porch and watching the constant shuffle of cars coming and going. This place is already popular! Sea Level has some good merch too including tees and hoodies with the store name and "Nags Head." Thank you Sea Level for making merch that doesn't say Outer Banks. I'll be back soon for more coffee, another breakfast sandwich and merch.

Excellent food, coffee, and service. I love the decor and the atmosphere is very friendly and welcoming. There's lots of sitting space indoor and outdoor and would be a great place to go with friends. They also have a bench to wait for coffee and food to-go. I got the iced Paradise latte with oat milk and a breakfast sandwich with egg, goat cheese, bacon, and avocado which was very filling. I've been here multiple times and have enjoyed my drinks, food, and experience every time. The staff are so friendly and the wait time is not too bad. There are lots of vegan options, homemade syrups, and whole food options. I would highly recommend Sea Level to anyone who enjoys organic food and creative coffee.

Friendly service and yummy breakfast food! This new spot didn't disappoint. I enjoyed the biscuits and stopped in twice during our OBX trip. Definitely give them a try!

Service was nice and very welcoming. For the food however it's overpriced slightly, I got a sausage egg and cheese biscuit and only ate the eggs everything else just tasted off.

    Basic beach burrito

First time in OBX and first time at Sea Level and I will be back!! Immediately greeted by the friendly staff and was served one of the BEST breakfast burritos and iced lattes I've ever had! Don't miss this place!! Such a cute building, happy 1 year Sea Level! Highly recommend the Basic Beach Burrito and Iced Vanilla Latte

This is the Chai with the good ice. It's the best. That's all.

Overpriced and underwhelming. Paid 60 dollars for breakfast, and wasn't a decently sized meal. Food was meh.

The staff at each one is always warm and inviting and goes out of their way. to help and say hi. My go to drink is ALWAYS a Large Iced West 3rd (if you haven't tried it you should!) We usually stay in Corolla where there is not a location and I ALWAYS make it appoint to drive out to where they are. I love this place so much that at Christmas time I always order a couple bags of their Holiday blend to have back here at home in Maryland since I unfortunately do not live there. I HIGHLY recommend you try any one of their locations at least once while you are there, I guarantee you will be hooked!!!

They have a good selection of coffee and plenty of space to do some work. I appreciated the counter that looked out the window and had a power outlet at every seat (the struggle is real at other places to find a place to plug in). They have a very large banquet table which I'm sure is great if you have a large group that needs it. They have longer ours than some other cafes and are open until 6pm so I was very happy about that!

Located in an older building, the cafe has a relaxing, "stay a while" vibe. We were drawn to the large prayer wall filled individual prayers left by patrons. Soothing, compassionate feel. We are not religious and noticed the highly religious theme of this cafe, which is OK with us as it seems the owners/management walk the talk. They donate a percentage of their profits to charities. We ordered a mango-pineapple smoothie and two decaf mochas. Our granddaughter felt the smoothie's pineapple taste overshadowed the mango, but enjoyed it. We liked that the mochas were smooth, had a rich coffee flavor and were not too sweet. The warmed cinnamon roll which we shared was perfectly done. Soft, gooey and full of cinnamon with minimal icing. We purchased a bag of coffee beans, which this company roasts themselves, for our son for Father's Day. When Manteo, we will be back.
