We came a few days in a row to Sea Rocket Oyster House which is located in the house of downtown Charlottetown Prince Edward Island. It's on the corner of the main artery and a side street, which is pedestrianized. They offer unbelievably fresh beautiful oysters on half shelf for happy hour. Those were some of the best tasting oyster's we have ever had. Highly highly recommend. The staff are welcoming and attentive. They also have a great selection of wines by the bottle or glass. Ideal afternoon activity . The restaurant is beautifully decorated with booths, high tops and window tables. You can also sit outside should you desire. They have heating lamps if needed.

This was a great little find. The lobster rolls were great although the house salads were a little dry with little dressing so request more. Great service and recommend this place

Sea Rocket Oyster House is a great choice for lunch right on Victoria Row in Charlottetown. The setting couldn't be better -- a lively pedestrian street with cobblestones, patios, and music drifting in the background. It's the kind of place that makes a midday meal feel special. We ordered oysters, the Tartar-Salmon, Fish Taco, and the Tuna Katsu. The oysters were the standout -- cold, briny, and incredibly fresh. The tartar was bright and well-balanced, the tacos had a playful kick of flavor, and the katsu added a crisp, memorable bite. Everything felt thoughtfully prepared and rooted in local seafood. Service was excellent throughout -- friendly, attentive, and relaxed in the best way. Combined with the food and atmosphere, it made for an easy and enjoyable lunch experience. If you're in Charlottetown and want fresh seafood in a lively setting, Sea Rocket Oyster House is an excellent stop, especially on a sunny afternoon when Victoria Row is at its best.

Smash-burger was insanely good! Substituted fries for the kale Caesar salad, best decision ever. Can't stop thinking about this meal. Quick service. Highly recommend!!

We really enjoyed this place! Our server was named Simon and he was excellent! We started off with a couple of drinks and some oysters. We got a six pack of oysters to sample what they had and then decided on our favorite and ordered six more. Of course the local Irish Point PEI oysters were the winners. My wife is a huge fan of the local muscles here and enjoyed a bowl of them along with some delicious french fries. I had lobster Thermidor for the first time and thought it was lovely. We shared the chickpea salad, which was delicious. We can't wait to return to this delightful establishment!

This was a fun little find in our walk around Charlottetown. We sat outside, which was really nice for the weather that day. My husband ordered oysters three-way. All of them were delicious. We ordered fish tacos and fish and chips for our meal. My fish and chips were delicious. The fish tacos were good, but a little messy. Our waiters was very sweet and gave great suggestions as to what was popular.

Great place to watch the live bands on Richmond Street. Crab dip was 10/10. Drinks were okay. Staff were great. Super nice patio.

Fun, lively, delicious spot for our last dinner in town. Our server Madi was really fun and checked on our table periodically during our meal, finding out what one of the oyster choices was since it didn't have "a name tag" The Raspberry Point, Oyster Point, Pinette and Lucky Lime Oysters were all delicious. The Island Blue Mussels in Gremolata Sauce with crispy French Fries and Spicy Mayo were very very good as well as a large serving. The Caesar Salad with Chicken was also very good. This was a Monday night and the place was packed, which, along with current Yelp reviews, led us to this spot. Definitely check it out.

So good I had to come twice while visiting Charlottetown! First visit, we sat at the bar. All the bartenders were super friendly and nice. Freshest oysters I've ever had. I live in the PNW and love when I get my hands on PEI oysters so it was a real treat to have my favorite oysters so fresh. My favorites are Rasberry Point but Sand Dunes are a close second. The second visit we decided to get oysters and some dinner too. The fish and chips were some of the best on the island! We also got the beet salad which was great too. Our server was so lovely and nice. I'm so glad we came here twice during our 3 day stay in PEI!

Service wasn't super friendly, but the food was delightful. It was a cold and rainy day and after walking around for a while, we popped in because my parents liked the more modern decor. We had 2 of every raw oyster available, the clam chowder, the baked oysters 3 ways, and the fish tacos and every was delicious. Instead of getting dessert, we went up the street to COWS Creamery for ice cream (fantastic!), which we highly recommend.

Our order: seafood chowder, oysters and lobster roll. Nothing beats Atlantic oysters and we were delighted at this restaurant featured on PEI/Charlottetown tourism brochure. Each shell carried a burst of ocean sweetness, paired well with a splash of lemon and/or mignonette to elevate its sugariness. The size of each half shell ranged anywhere from large to miniature though. The lobster meat had a creamy and herby coating hugged by a soft but bland bun. While the seafood chowder had good flavor, there wasn't much content in the bowl other than potatoes. Nice ambiance inside with booths, high tables and bar seating. Located on the corner of Richmond and Queen, at the start of Victoria Row.
