Errol helped me purchase my boat. He was patient and knowledgeable. I highly recommend him if you're in the market.

They did a good job of launching my heavy 30 foot boat when I had her trucked down from the Bay Area a year and a half ago. This visit was for bottom paint, but the yard also found that my centerboard cable was broken. They replaced it with my spare cable, and helped me find a wire rope shop nearby to get some more spares made up. They also checked the through-hulls, replaced the galley sink drain through-hull valve, and re-built the valve for the engine raw water intake. Finally, after the boat was launched, they hoisted their electrical technician up with their crane, and he re-wired the masthead lights so that they now work. Apparently they had been wired backwards before! One of the best things about hauling at Eddie's Marine is that the people are so nice. The owner and manager, Shannon, lives on the property with her husband, and was both communicative and patient with my questions. She is at least the third generation to own and run the yard. Also, Alberto, the crane driver, and the person who dealt with the centerboard cable and the through-hulls, texted photos to me as work progressed. And finally, he gave my boat's bow a good shove when I left, to make sure my boat successfully headed down their narrow channel to more open water. That channel, by the way, was free of docked boats, unlike my previous visit in late 2023.

There is a security access to get into the parking lot as well as a coded key to get to my boat. The restrooms are awesome. They are clean and well stocked. There are showers with hot water......(Some only have cold in other marinas). The restrooms are clean and neat. The docks have 24 hour manned security that watch the parking lot and the boats. Each of the slips have shore power and an extra storage bin for items that you want to store there. 24 hour access makes this one a plus. I can get to my boat anytime and any day of the week without problems. All of the people I have met on my dock are friendly and courteous. The staff that cleans the docks are friendly too. There are monthly wine and cheese tastings and they are open to anyone that I chose to bring with me. I highly recommend this marina to anyone who wants a safe place for their boat as I have found for mine.

Whenever we have family or friends visiting from out of state or overseas, it's one of our favorite activities because it's a relaxing way to see the Port of Long Beach, the Queen Mary, and, if you're lucky, the sea lions. We brought another group yesterday, and everyone enjoyed the tour. The only downside, in my opinion, is the boats used for the harbor tour. Yesterday we were on the Kristina, and in the past we've also been on the Caroline, which we chartered for my mother's ash-scattering ceremony about 14 years ago. Both vessels are showing their age. I also think the marketing could be clearer. The photos on the website and many travel sites prominently feature the newer catamarans, which gives the impression that those are the boats used for the harbor tour. I actually called ahead to ask and learned that the harbor tours use different vessels. While I appreciated getting the correct information, many first-time visitors probably wouldn't think to ask and may expect the newer boats shown in the advertising. The harbor tour itself is still worthwhile, and we'll likely continue bringing our guests because we genuinely enjoy the experience. I just hope Harbor Breeze considers updating or refurbishing the harbor tour vessels and making the marketing a little clearer so guests know exactly what to expect.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with Breeze Marine Boat Services LLC was…read moreextremely disappointing. The project took 5-6 times longer than originally promised, and what started as an estimated $12,000 job ended up costing nearly $20,000. Despite paying significantly more, the quality of the work did not meet my expectations. When I picked up my classic boat, I found mechanical grease smudged on the seats and other areas, showing a lack of care for the vessel while it was in their possession. I was also disappointed to discover that they cut into the boat's original electrical system to install new equipment, including the squid lights, bait tank, bilge pump, and other components. On a classic boat, preserving the original wiring where possible is important, and I was never comfortable with how that part of the installation was handled. Communication throughout the project was another major issue. The business is run by a father-and-son team, but the father--the primary person I dealt with--doesn't speak English and relied on a phone translation app for nearly every conversation. This made it difficult to discuss technical details, ask questions, or resolve concerns efficiently. The most frustrating part is that after spending almost $20,000, I left feeling like I'll have to pay another professional to correct or redo parts of the work. That's not the outcome anyone expects after making such a significant investment. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Breeze Marine Boat Service.
