I did buy a bakery item from the booth that had a lot of items, but no one in line, no wait versus the other booth that had a good amount of items but about 15 people in line. I should have known. My coffee cake item had saran wrap but it had a hole in it, and it was very stale. I am assuming that the hole led to it being stale and not that it was an old item not freshly made that day.
