Ulysses did not say any timeframe for getting the car washed. After an hour, I asked Daniel what the wait time would be from the point. The car was in line. Daniel was very honest and suggested requesting a refund and coming back for the full service requested another time. This was due to it being about another two hours before my car would be finished. When I went to ask for the refund, Ulysses only offered a regular car wash and said I can come back the following week for the balance of the service. When I went back the following week, spoke to Daniel to let him know that I was back for the service not received the prior week. He was confused, thinking I was able to get the refund. I went to speak with the manager, he did not agree to a refund, he only said that they could do the service then. I asked the manager about services that I was charged for that I did not receive, he said that they would do the hand car wash versus putting it through the machine. However, when I looked, they did not do that. For some reason, it seems that Daniel is the only honest person at this car wash other than the cashiers and the actual people washing the cars. Beware and review your receipt before paying for anything! Also, if it's Ulysses writing up your service request, you might want to ask for someone else.

It didn't leave a lot of wet spots on the car, meaning that I didn't have to put a lot of effort in drying it myself. They gave me a hand wipe, and a refresher for the car. 17 bucks seems to be pretty good for what I got. I almost got the $22 one, but I think I'll save that for special occasions.
