I followed up two months before renewal with my new insurance carrier to confirm it has been cancelled. Not a word from Kevin. I received a renewal notice from Anderson & Black and emailed Kevin again to confirm the policy has in fact been cancelled. Still no response from Kevin. Finally, my mortgagee lets me know they paid the homeowner's policy to the Anderson & Black underwriter, Grange Insurance. Do not trust these people, they are a bunch of idiots.

I had a small backing accident that would have been 5 years old in June, 2015. My auto policy was set to renew in March, 2015. I had a second very minor accident in December, 2014. there was no visible damage to either vehicle but the other party insisted on having their vehicle checked out. Needless to say, the body shop 'found' $1,000 in damage. what body shop is going to turn away business? the claims adjuster never inspected the vehicle (too much bother) so they paid the claim. I am then non renewed. My complaint with Timberwolf is they did NOTHING to fight to get the underwriter to change their mind. I had worked in insurance for 30 years that is what I did. I fought for my client. Not Timberwolf. I would not recommend them.
