Again, he didn't pressure me or try to make me lean one way or another, which I appreciated. He also wrote down the names of the tiles and dimensions which were helpful. When I was ready to place the order and finalize it, I wanted to confirm that the tiles I picked were the correct names of the tile. I called Brian again a week later just to confirm the names, and once again he was so patient and kind with me. I feel like other stores would've been annoyed for calling to recheck the names of tiles, but he wasn't at all! AFTER they take your money and you arrive at the class, the instructor will tell you that it's a class for rank beginners who have never touched a woodworking tool in their lives. It's a huge scam.

They stock the reclusive Owens and Corning 703 rigid fiberglass and sell it for about half of what it goes for on the net. Last time I checked, the pricing was about $80 for 12 pieces 24" x 48" x 2" which sells for about $160 from various suppliers on the Internet. They have absolutely great prices on drywall, metal studs, Acoustic sealant, Decibel Drop (basically blue colored Green Glue), Quiet Rock and the complete line of Sonex products and mass-loaded vinyl as well. I work with Scott Douglas who is the insulation and acoustics guy over there and he's been really helpful. They will deliver for a very reasonable fee.
