If I could give this place no stars I would. Maybe they aren't used to seeing people "Like Me" come into these establishments often, but that's no excuse for poor customer service. They are in need of New Management. If the is the quality of staff that we have to hire and deal with Post Pandemic our economy will continue to be in bad shape. The deal was too good to pass up and everyone that has helped us out was amazing. We dealt with Jim and Heather. When they delivered our cart to our house is didn't fit in our garage. The person delivering the cart couldn't have been nicer. They offered to take the cart back and cut the pole for the roof down and had it back to us in a couple of days. Fantastic company to deal with and highly recommended.
