I would give this place ZERO stars if I could. I bought a Mazda3 from this dealership in October…read more2022. The problems started immediately. Going through a rotary on my way home, the car hesitated and another car almost hit me by the time I got into the rotary. I chalked it up to needing to get used to how the car drove. As soon as I got the car home, however, the check engine light came on. I brought it back to Quinn's and he repaired it by adding a new sensor. I then took the car to work, it stalled, and the check engine light came on. Thus began a chain of events where the check engine light would come on sometimes while I was driving sometimes after I parked it, then I would bring it back there and he would tell me that he fixed it with first with aftermarket parts and then with original Mazda parts. The car never got fixed. When I told him that I didn't want the car anymore of course he ghosted me. It is now nine months later. I've been driving the car since I got it with the check engine light on it because no one can fix it. I just brought it to a Mazda dealer and it has $11,000 worth of repairs needed including the sensor. Now I see that his website is no longer valid so he probably is closing his business. I'm out $6000 for a piece of worthless metal that I still owe money on. The reason why I'm still writing this review even though his business may be closed is to show that his reputation is trash. I may even post a video that I got from the Mazda dealer that details every single thing wrong with the piece of junk he sold me. DO NOT TRUST QUINN'S AUTOMOTIVE!!

Went across the street and they were also full, but they made it work for me and got me in and out in 20 minutes. A&B Tire Service got my family home for Thanksgiving. Quinn's did not. I've got a new tire place now and it's certainly NOT Quinn's.

5 years, 20 lbs, and a new Corolla later, a lot of things have changed but Eric's awesome service…read moreat 1st Call Auto hasn't. When I accepted a new job on the other coast, I knew that the one part of the cross country move I wouldn't have to worry about would be shipping my car. Just like last time, communication was easy and prompt despite it being August student moving / holiday / COVID truck driver shortage season. Eric was honest and up front, and managed my expectations so that I made the best decision time wise, even though it was more inconvenient on the front end. As long as 1st Haul Auto is operating and run by Eric, I will never use another company if I have to ship my car.

We had looked into other transport companies that provided lower estimates, but the reviews led us to second-guess their reliability. After reading the great Yelp reviews for 1st Call Auto Haul, we contacted Eric -- and, boy, are we glad we did! Within a month of our first phone call -- and after subsequent calls and email exchanges -- the car was expertly delivered to our home. Throughout the entire process and in every interaction, Eric was patient, thorough, and honest. My only suggestion would be to change the name to 1st *AND ONLY* Call Auto Haul as this is truly the one company you'll want to use to move your car!

Dean did the heavy lifting and had me in and out with a like new used explorer. (Mint condition and reasonably priced) Even after sale, Dean has been a great contact with all things related to this car even helping me through the registration process in Massachusetts. He has supported this sale way past expectations. I can't recommend these guys enough for their professionalism and helpfulness. I am extremely happy with my purchase and would purchase from Leavitt auto again and again.

They didn't know I was a mechanic there salesperson tried to tell me the truck was perfect... Had a head gasket that was starting to leak as well as some front end issues... He didn't know I used to be a mechanic... So glad I did not buy the truck can you imagine breaking down on the way from New Hampshire to Florida in the middle of New York City or maybe in the middle of the South and the heat? This is why I do not shop at used car dealers ever this will be the last time as well there's no difference between them and a pawn shop except the pawn shop might be more honest... It's funny because my dad always said be anything in life but don't sell used cars... .
