Professional, friendly, courteous, and punctual. My pool table looks great in my new house! Reasonably priced, too.

And it was so good- lots of crispy bacon and fresh tomato and lettuce. The bun was fresh and soft but held up well (read not soggy) against the tomato and mayo. My husband opted for the soft pretzel, was was piping hot upon arrival and came with two sauces- a mustard sauce and a cheese sauce. We finished it all. The sandwich was so large, I took half back to our room to eat for later. Crush Lounge also has a small bowling alley with several lanes. We didn't get to try it as it was reserved for an event, but this is such a cool feature of the property. This is a solid spot for a quick bite to eat or for drinks when staying at the Meritage.

There's music playing, but it's at a perfect level where you can still easily hold a conversation. The bar area also has multiple TVs if you're looking to catch a game. The space offers more than just drinks, with a small bowling alley (six lanes) and a pool table, making it a great spot to hang out. Bathrooms are located just outside the lounge, down the hall near the elevators. Service has consistently been solid during my visits. Staffing has never been an issue, and it's always been easy to get help at the bar. The drinks are well-made and flavorful, though on the pricier side. The only food I've tried so far is the carnitas nachos, and they're definitely worth ordering. Overall, it's a fun spot for both adults and kids, and it's usually our first stop after checking in.

Excellent location to walking everywhere. Nice fitness center. The only bummer is many of the rooms face each other looking over the roof. And if you make a mobile reservation you wont know until check in if your room has one or two King beds. I would stay here again, but I'd call to make the reservation to know the type of room I'm getting and where it faces.

Sadly enough, this hotel is dealing with serious THEFT ISSUES which management is unwilling to fix…read moreor even review. I recommend the reader staying elsewhere if you have any valuable items. My story below. We stayed at the Archer Hotel Napa mid December 2025. When departing the property, I left my Stetson cowboy hat in the room ($1K+). Realizing this the next day, I contacted the Archer Hotel who informed me that nothing was reported yet (with a promise for a follow up notice). After 3 weeks of silence, I reached out again and was told that staff had not found the hat in the room. I must point out that the hat was packed in a special-purpose large box; given the size, special packing, value, and nature of the item, it is inconceivable that it would have been discarded as trash. Evidently, it was stolen. I then escalated this issue to management who mostly ignored my requests (I can share various emails for those who care). I did learn that there is security footage but access or review of it was denied (and one would wonder why that was not done in December following my first call?). This makes it evident that management (GM Michael Pace and Director of Operations Patricia Wilson) prefer to turn a blind eye and as such indirectly approves of staff holding on to left-behind items of value. Again: this is theft. I am now left with filing a report with the Napa Police Department.

If you're looking for an easy breakfast option without having to wander far, this spot definitely does the job. Just keep in mind that their weekday breakfast hours are pretty limited--Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 10:30 AM--so timing is everything. Even with the early hours, the café was surprisingly busy. You could tell they were short-staffed that morning, but honestly, the team handled it like champs. They moved with purpose, stayed friendly, and kept everything running smoothly despite the rush. Watching them hustle made me appreciate the experience even more. I wasn't super hungry, so I went with something simple: the steel-cut oats. Light, warm, and exactly what I needed to ease into the day. My boyfriend ordered the Catalan omelet, which looked hearty and flavorful--definitely the kind of breakfast that sets you up for a day of wine tasting. We grabbed a booth near the front of the café, which was surprisingly cozy and gave us a nice view of the morning bustle. Overall, it was a convenient and enjoyable breakfast stop during our stay. Not a huge menu and not long hours, but the staff's effort and the comfortable atmosphere made it a solid way to start the day. If you're staying at the Westin, it's worth popping in before heading out to explore Napa
