Denali Building Improvements laid down the bamboo flooring for one of our large, new rooms. The job was tricky because the floor had to blend with the one in the adjacent room, which is a few inches higher. We didn't want a step because we worried that the kids would trip when walking from one room to the next. The guys did an incredible job, creating a gradual ramp between the two spaces and linking the flooring in the two rooms seamlessly. The floors look great and the difference is not even noticeable! We are grateful and will most definitely reach out with future projects!

He was the only one that was a) available and b) didn't charge a diagnostic fee. The problem was actually fixed by PG&E before Andres arrived, but the fix was just temporary. When he came to check things out, he was very friendly and easy to chat with. He was also helpful and not condescending at all. To be frank, those traits have not been common in our interaction with other electricians. Andres ended up upgrading our electrical panel and installing an EV charger in our detached garage. His work was done quite efficiently and all seems to be working well. He also handled the permits with the city of Oakland and P'G&E. Definitely recommend Greenelectric!

When I walked into the store, I appreciated that I could browse for a bit without anyone immediately approaching me with a sales pitch. At just the right moment, Liam came over, introduced himself, and let me know he'd be happy to help if I had any questions. What followed was honestly one of the best sales experiences I've ever had for a major purchase. Liam took the time to really listen to what I was looking for. He walked me through several options and clearly explained the pros and cons of different models--including both less expensive and more premium options. At no point did I feel pressured toward a particular model or add-on. The conversation felt informative, relaxed, and genuinely helpful, and it ultimately helped us find the perfect hot tub for our family. But the support didn't stop after the purchase. Liam helped us think through the best location on our deck for installation, worked through the delivery logistics quickly and smoothly, and has continued to be available afterward to answer questions. As first-time hot tub owners, we had plenty--everything from chemicals and temperature settings to water balance and general maintenance. Liam has been incredibly responsive and helpful through all of it. We've now had the hot tub for about a month and our family absolutely loves it. Like I said, I've literally never written an online review before, but this experience deserved one. More details: I hired Selim to install a Murphy bed. The first issue was that he didn't pay attention to the bed's dimensions ahead of time. As soon as he arrived, he increased the price and repeatedly commented that he would have brought another person if he had known the correct size (when the issue was simply a lack of attention beforehand). He wasn't able to complete the job properly. The bed wouldn't close, and he couldn't identify the problem, leaving me to troubleshoot it myself. I spent hours trying to fix it and eventually noticed missing screws and other signs of inappropriate installation. In the end, I still had to pay the full price and then hire someone else to redo the same job correctly (paying twice for the same service). I asked for a 50% refund, but he refunded less than 15%. I honestly felt bad because he seems like a genuinely nice person. However, I lost a significant amount of money, time, and dealt with a lot of unnecessary stress. This was a job I paid for specifically to make things easier, not harder.
