Front desk staff moved me to another room on another floor, which was in the same unsanitary and filthy condition under the mattress. I checked out immediately. Management later offered a generic apology and 10,000 points, only after I reached out myself. They didn't reply to my follow up email when I explained this is a health and sanitation issue, not an inconvenience. The lack of response is concerning. This property clearly has an ongoing pest and housekeeping problem that poses a public health concern. I'm posting this so Hilton corporate is aware and guests can make an informed decision before booking.

About 150 guests in the hotel this evening are getting up at 4am in order to leave by 5:30am. Not easy to get to sleep with so much noise. The front desk should warn people of the potential for noise.

And to add insult to injury the pnuematic chair will not stay adjusted to desk height so when you sit in it it slowling goes down. 3-Carpets.
