Staff was very friendly and accommodating. We called down to the front desk and requested a couple more towels, staff delivered towels in just a few minutes. There's a huge parking area and a park. We have told everyone we know about The Hampton in. Lewiston. It seriously ii five-star hotel!

I trusted it was handled, but during my most recent stay, I began experiencing itching from what looked like bug bites. Subsequently, I discovered the mattress seams were covered with debris -- hair, toenail clippings, crumbs, several live carpet beetle larvae, and another unidentified bug. Front desk staff moved me to another room on another floor, which was in the same unsanitary and filthy condition under the mattress. I checked out immediately. Management later offered a generic apology and 10,000 points, only after I reached out myself. They didn't reply to my follow up email when I explained this is a health and sanitation issue, not an inconvenience. The lack of response is concerning. This property clearly has an ongoing pest and housekeeping problem that poses a public health concern. I'm posting this so Hilton corporate is aware and guests can make an informed decision before booking.

The hotel itself is beautiful and extremely clean. Our room was spotless, cozy, and the bed was so comfortable it felt like sleeping on a cloud. The indoor pool and hot tub were a total highlight. Both were super clean, the water temperatures were perfect, and there were plenty of towels stocked. The pool room felt warm and cozy, and the open door to the outside added fresh air without making it cold. Breakfast was honestly above and beyond. It felt more like a full restaurant breakfast than a typical hotel continental spread -- hot, delicious, and way better than expected. We had so much fun staying the night here and left feeling relaxed and cared for. Absolutely recommend this hotel if you're coming through Clarkston or exploring Hells Canyon.

This is one of several staying options in the Lewis-Clark Valley and I decided to choose this inn…read moreafter reading couple of reviews and comparing prices. This inn takes the legacy of Lewis and Clark very seriously as portraits of Lewis and Clark can be seen in the lobby. [Parking]: Free onsite parking. [Price]: Approximately $180 per night for a standard king room. [Check-in]: Very straightforward process and just ring the bell if the receptionist is not available at the front desk. Fresh baked peanut butter cookies are served nightly at the front counter. [Room]: Insert the key card to turn on the room lights. Complimentary toiletries are available upon request - just call the front desk. Pool towels are available poolside and please do not take room towels to the pool. The room includes shampoo, conditioner, and body wash from Pharmacopia. The air conditioning is old-school, but it works. The shower has good hot water temperature and decent water pressure. The room also includes microwave, TV, and mini fridge. [Complimentary breakfast]: Served from 6 AM to 9 AM Monday through Friday and from 6 AM to 10 AM on Saturday and Sunday. Options include build-your-own waffles, ham, sausage, hash browns, apple juice, orange juice, muffins, a yogurt machine, cereal, donuts, sliced bread, and apples. A solid and comprehensive breakfast buffet selection. [Other amenities]: Fitness center open from 6 AM to 10 PM. Pool and spa open from 9 AM to 10 PM. Guests aged 14 and under must be accompanied by an adult in both areas. There are two computers and a printer in the lobby. The building is locked after a certain time at night and guests must use their room key cards to open the front entrance. [Conclusion]: Overall a comfortable and safe inn to stay with friendly receptionists and free breakfast. It has all the basic amenities you would expect and that is exactly what you want from a standard inn.

It's not as fancy as a Marriott or Hilton, but you don't need that if you are just looking for a safe, convenient, and interesting place to stay! Nothing boring about Nintendos and a chalkboard to draw on in each room, a cozy fire pit, & the World's longest oatmeal bar (vegan-friendly, and you can ask for gluten-free oats, too)! The staff are all friendly and communicative via text, email, or phone! They will text you a door code if you arrive too late to check-in in person. Definitely stay here if you have dogs because this is one of the rare hotels that do not charge extra for dogs unless damage occurs! And while most hotels limit you to two dogs, we were okay with three (and we told them ahead of time)! The fire pit was a nice place to hang out with our group and doggos, and we met some nice people who were visiting with their dogs as well. You also get a free drink token upon arrival, and there are events on select nights. If you don't want to hang out at the hotel, downtown Pullman is just across the street! The hotel is on a main road, so you can hear the street starting around 6:30am, but the nights were very quiet. Because this is more of motel, there isn't daily cleaning by default and no iron or coffee amenities in each room, so just be mindful of that when planning. Parking in the main area can be a bit tight in the evenings but there is a another lot on the other side that remained mostly empty. We were even able to slow charge our EV in one of the spots. All in all, great small town hospitality experience for a great price! Way more interesting than a fancy hotel!

My biggest complaint is the mattress which had a huge dip on the right side so no one could sleep there. Because of this, I probably wouldn't stay there again.
