Sear Home Repair Services - A Disappointing Experience I recently had the unfortunate experience of using Sear Home Appliances repair services, and I can confidently say I will never use them again. From start to finish, my experience was marred by unprofessionalism and a complete lack of communication. First and foremost, the culture at Sear seems to prioritize aggressive marketing over actual customer service. The technicians, provided me with incorrect information that was not only misleading but also frustrating. Instead of addressing my appliance issues, he seemed more focused on upselling home warranty policies, all while charging inflated diagnostic fees. The punctuality of their technicians is another major issue. I was given appointment windows, but Raymon consistently showed up late, leaving me waiting for hours. To make matters worse, when he finally arrived, he wasn't able to complete the work order, and I had to reschedule for another time. Arriving late for the appointment without work details then requesting a service fee without providing labor is unprofessional. This lack of respect for my time is unacceptable. Communication with Sear is horrendous. Their chatbot and automated phone assistant are utterly useless, often ignoring my queries or providing vague responses. When I finally got through to customer service, I found the reception staff to be unhelpful and difficult to understand, as they were not native speakers of my language. This made it incredibly challenging to discuss my concerns. Overall, my experience with Sear Home Appliances repair services was disappointing and frustrating. Travis was very friendly and came with the parts needed to quickly repair our washer. I was concerned because I was told that I would be contacted for a more detailed description of the problem prior to the appointment; I wasn't. I am also hoping that the service contract Sears sold us will be helpful in regard to all of our appliances since it did not apply to this service call. I admit I have no idea of the over-the-counter price of parts replaced. I can only hope that the discount applied and total cost was reasonable. read more

Richard is an asset to your company. He goes above and beyond to help and make sure you are pleased. The quality of product I received from sears is not acceptable. Sold me a 4 year old unit that has broken almost every year. Replaced the compressor, compactor and condenser already. This is from a unit sitting 4 years. We would never have purchased a unit that old. Thank goodness for Richard's ability to fix it every time. Would never buy from them again because they do not have the consumers back. read more

Travis was fantastic! He arrived to find that the wrong ice maker had been ordered by my home warranty company. He spoke to the home warranty company on my behalf, installed the correct ice maker that he happened to have on the truck, and facilitated the entire process in about 30 minutes. Mr Charles is very thorough and explains the problem about the refrigerators malfunction. Mr Charles understands the level of urgency to replace the refrigerator while witnesses the malfunction causes the lack of putting any perishable food inside, I appreciate his concern . read more
