You can seat yourself anywhere for lunch under the big grass roof or under some accompanying umbrella tables. Servers came by quickly and were attentive to order details. Drink wise I got a classic Arnold Palmer for one visit, and a Virgin pina colada for the other. Both were good! I like my Arny P less sweet, and I love my pina coladas with a good amount of pineapple. For lunch the first time I got the Philly with the pineapple slaw, which is really something different compared to wherever else you can get a Philly. There wasn't a lot of slaw on my sandwich but it was just enough to brighten up the sandwich. The second time I got the chicken Philly, which has your classic fixings just with chicken instead. Fries on the side both times are delicious! Nice and crispy on the outside but fluffy on the inside. One standout memory I have is that my mom wanted a loaded fries that was more vegetable than meat which isn't on the menu. However, they were able to accommodate this and delivered very well to her liking! I remember when Philly Down South was just the food truck and a couple of umbrella tables. My mom says that every time she visits Philly Down South, it seems to get a little larger. I love the current grass hut ambiance that even features a stage for some live music! In my opinion, they should be the prime dining option at Stuart beach. Bathrooms for Philly Down South are really the Elliot Museum's, so make sure to bring proper coverups and footwear if you're coming from the beach. Can't wait to come again when I next visit Stuart!

No big deal so I can back about an hour and 20 minutes later since it was busy Long story short I got the wrong order and at that point they just didn't care I never ended up actually receiving my food -I do want to mention the owner of the restaurant was very understanding about the situation and he did his best to resolve the issue. I just wasn't having it - the owner said he would look into it but also when I place to go orders I make the tip an exact even amount - whatever total they put into the system they added a $10+ tip... that was falsely put into the system by whoever put the ticket in. That is theft. I truly hope he got down to the bottom of this I have worked in the restaurant industry and met people who do add extra tip- since (from what I was told by othermost people don't notice and it's not a big amount- thus why I always make to an even amount on the check. Unfortunately, this meal was a complete waste of money and did not reflect the quality I was hoping for. She made sure everything we asked for came exactly as we asked although for whatever reason she kept giving all my dishes to my guest on the right (not sure if it was something I said or did but kind of funny we all had a good laugh about it). The Food: Here's where Tapas Terra was somewhat lacking. I ordered Spanish (spinach filled) croquettes and beef and chicken empanadas. Unfortunately, neither were great. They weren't bad but just not great. The Spanish (spinach filled) croquettes were ok but needed some type of dip. The beef and chicken empanadas were also ok. The filling was a bit spicy but won't drive away those who don't like spicy food. The crust was a bit dry on both. Because of the lack of a/c, we didn't try the desserts. In all fairness, some of the other dishes looked great and I didn't try the Paella Marinera, which is a must try at any tapas restaurant. The Bottom Line: As with all my reviews the bottom line or "Customer so what" would I come back? The answer is... because I didn't try the paella, and some of the other dishes, probably yes I'd be happy to give this place a second try (as long as the AC is working).
