Are you even a Washingtonian if you don't take full advantage of Oregon outlets before headed home...? I think not. We stopped by the Seaside Factory Outlets because they were right on the way home, nice and convenient! This outlet mall is definitely smaller than others I've seen in Oregon, but it served its purpose for me as I had my eyes set on a few stores, and a few stores only - Carter's, Bath & Body Works, and Nike. What can I say, I'm basic. We ended up not checking out Nike because we had our 2 year old with us and the line was HUGE (due to COVID-19). Bath & Body Works was doing an awesome job of getting everybody in and out, providing waters and hand sanitizer, and even had bags already set up for people to place their future purchases inside to just take straight to the register and get rung up! And of course, we spent $100+ at Carter's. Another pleasant surprise at this outlet is the Wine & Beer Haus. Awesome service, great selection, and you can even enjoy a drink inside at the little countertop bar. Highly recommend going in if you've got the time. All in all, worth stopping by if you're nearby. read more

The outlet is small, but it is in a great location and has plenty of parking. I loved the fact that we were able to visit a Pendleton store for the first time. My brother had already requested a small blanket and I was able to find one in a great color, ideal price, and the staff helped with all my questions. I also was able to buy a beanie, which I got much use of during our vacation this week. We visited the Nike store, a kitchen store, and two of the plus size stores. Also, there is a beer and wine house. You can purchase beer on tap and relax or grab something bottled or canned like ciders, wine, craft beer. read more

The stores had good sales such as Nike and Eddie Bauer. Regular priced items were still a bit overpriced for an outlet store, however.

Okay.. I am only giving this review because the stores were lacking but you can't expect very much for where it is located. It is well rounded enough so you can get your exercise clothing, shoes, dresses, socks, underware, etc.. and also a store for your home.. so I mean for what it is, it is good. Nike Factory, Eddie Bauer, Kitchen Store, Christian Goods, Hanes/Bali, Famous Footware..etc.. Not bad.. read more

A-okay. We stopped by the factory outlet center on our way home from the beach, and we had some time to look around. There are a few gems in this shopping center; however, not enough to consider coming to this area as a sole destination. The book store in this area is one store I highly recommend visiting; there is a variety of interesting reads, and the prices are cheap if not reasonable. read more

It's an outlet mall. You don't go there expecting high end goods. But, for the most part, the people working there are nice. The whole place is pretty clean. There is an okay array of stores. Not like what you will see in other local outlet malls, but enough to keep you busy for awhile. And there is the typical Harry & David's, which means you can get moose munch and chocolate. That alone makes it worth a stop. read more

The Seaside Outlet mall is okay. It's nice to stopy by once every other trip to the coast. Especially the Nike outlet and the, shoe store. They did just add an additional store, The Wine Haus, which is certainely a gem! It's a relatively small outlet mall, but I will give it an A-OK rating in my book! this is one of the best nike outlet stores i have been to! they have a great variety of nike sports attire, most than most other locations. the best part are the folks that work there. in shoes a guy who looked like he was too young to even drive was so professional and helpful helping all of us find the right shoe. front desk check out also so nice. i've worked with Brian and Josh there and they have helped me with a receipt issue I had with a CA store and were amazing!!!!! read more

This place is still developing. It's very small. We just only went to the Nike Outlet and it's like all the other outlet stores in town. Seaside is a big tourist spot so these outlets have future potential growth in adding more stores. read more

It's pretty small but I really love the Nike and Zumiez outlets! Oh and the fact that Oregon is tax free shopping made it even all better.

Good selection of items, good service, great prices. Looked at picking up some Nike SB shoes that were about 40$ off retail price , ended up buying jeans for 20$ when retail is 60$+ , sounds like a deal to me. Also scored at pullover sweater for 17$ when retail was 40$+ I think. I'll be back I'm sure. read more

Nice collection of empty stores. How this place stays in business I'll never know. Adult clothing is limited, a tired bookstore, junky toy store, even worse kitchen shop. Selections are limited.. I feel like every time that I visit this outlet, the selection of stores gets smaller and less interesting. Or maybe I'm just used to the fabulous outlets in S. Cal and Vegas. This is a super small strip of outlet stores, the most appealing to me are the Nike store (which can be hit or miss in terms of selection and prices didn't seem to be low enough for an outlet), Bruce's Candy store (nice selection of different flavored caramels), and Eddie Bauer. Make sure to check for coupons in their little brochures/mailers. I'll probably be back during my next visit to Seaside when I"m looking to kill some time, but I'm sure I'll be disappointed again. read more

Pathetic selection of stores. Went into the Nike "outlet" and the Perfect Look "outlet". Neither were really outlets. There was nothing reduced price. After shopping in the Woodburn Outlets and the Lincoln City Outlets, we found these to not be worth our time. read more

Being a local of Seaside, Ore I find this Outlet Mall a waste of space and very vacant at most locations and times ! The turn over on the different location is sad ! But to keep a mall like this rolling it takes a over active marketing plan !I never thought the location would last as long as it has in this recession and location ! This is a tourist town not a shopping mall town ! My thoughts they should have built it in Warrenton ! There used to be more stores here. Even in its slightly diminished state I have to ask those who complain if they realize how little we had before it opened. Parking is good. As locals we usually find ourselves at the Wine and Beer Haus or Bruces Candy Kitchen. Pendleton outlet has good sales I am told. Nike outlet is popular with visitors. You can get decent sushi and teriyaki. I can't say much about other stores. I am not a shopper. read more

Just north of downtown is the outlet mall. If the weather is disagreeable go ahead and kill some time at the Mall. there are twenty something stores at which the sort of out of the norm being the Nike outlet. Actually I like the Thrift store just across the South mall street; funky. Unfortunately the recession did not spare Seaside and there are the empty storefronts to show it. The good news is that there are a lot of good value things, dining, and hotels about the area, especially compared to Portland / Seattle. read more

If you are a kid or a teeny bopper this area is for you, otherwise not enough stores for adults and prices are high for an outlet mall.
