    Some yummy gluten free pizza.
    Angela C.

Gluten-free review: Alright, so picture this: we're just minding our business, channeling our inner 8-year-olds, aggressively pressing buttons and pretending we're pro gamers at the arcade next door. You know, the kind of competitive energy where you're yelling "ONE MORE ROUND" but your stomach is over there whispering, "...or hear me out, pizza?" So we caved. Enter Fultano's Pizza. We followed our noses. First things first, their gluten-free pizza? Basically the same size as their small ( I believe), which in a gluten-free world is a good size. Most places serve a gluten-free pizza that's roughly the size of a coaster, like it's a snack for a squirrel. But here? This bad boy can feed two humans, unless you skipped lunch, then you're just gonna be that human who says, "I'll save some for later" and proceeds to eat the entire thing while making intense eye contact with anyone who dares to judge you. I ordered the Hawaiian (yes, pineapple on pizza) and added fresh tomatoes on top and honestly? So good. The crust had that crispy-but-not-cardboard vibe and the toppings were actually tastey, not the sad kind you peel off and flick across the table. The pizza is soft and not hard. No breaking a tooth here! If you're sensitive to spice, pro tip: ditch the red sauce. I'm not saying it'll blow your socks off, but if your spice tolerance is heart burn when going to bed (or an allergy) you've been warned. But if not the sauce is pretty mild. They also have a salad bar. I didn't touch it because, you know... pizza. But if you're one of those balanced, salad-before-pizza people, it's an option. This day I was channeling my inner child, so pizza first. This place is Just good vibes, good pizza, and a delightful reminder that gluten-free doesn't have to mean flavor-free or starving while you watch your family eat. We'll definitely be back. Probably after our next heated arcade match where I pretend I'm there for the games and not the post-victory pizza.

We chose this last minute and it ended up being just what we were looking for. You order at the front and then they call out your number. The pizza is hot and fresh! They have a Coca Cola Free Style which was a pleasant surprise. I would pass on the salad bar, we didn't order it but it did look underwhelming.

Fultano's NEVER misses! As a pizza enthusiast, I'll keep this brief... The quality of their pizza is fantastic! I've been here several times, and you can't go wrong with their specialty options. I usually order online and pick it up to enjoy at the beach. If you choose to dine in, Fultano's has a nostalgic vibe that's perfect for families with kids. I particularly love the Supreme and Hawaiian pizzas, but honestly, all their specialty pizzas are amazing--you really can't go wrong!

I was wandering around the convention area of Seaside, Oregon and decided to try the pizza at Fultano's Seaside. I'm not gonna lie. I was somewhat attracted by the sounds of video games and other arcade favorites when I wandered by the storefront! Visions of my early adulthood, hanging with friends, enjoying pizza, and playing games were brought forth from my memory. My choice of pizza was a no brainer when I spied one of my favorite pizzas. I thought I was the only one to choose the toppings of pepperoni, jalapeños, and pineapple until I saw that combo, only with bacon crumbles as well, on Fultano's menu!! I named my version (without the bacon) the Spicy Hawaiian. Fultano's calls their pie The Spice of Life! I ordered a personal size pizza and a trip through their salad bar and a glass of cider for my lunch. The salad bar had a very nice selection to choose from and the ingredients were kept fresh and appealing. My cider was crisp and tasty, providing a nice and relaxing beverage to enjoy with my meal. What a meal! The pizza crust was crispy, the toppings were cooked perfectly, and the sauce was tasty! I really enjoyed my time at Fultano's and will most definitely visit again the next time I'm in town!

Going downhill, used to love the place but they have been skimping ingredients and can justify it anymore.

Pros: Good crust, smells incredible, you can tell it is well made. This is the kind of crust that dipped in a little bit of flavorful olive oil makes all the difference. Service friendly inside, place has good comfy vibes with nice jazzy music that is a low volume, perfect for conversation, but adds a really nice quaint ambiance to the eating experience :). Also good homemade salad dressings. Cons: The sauce is needing more fresh tomato flavor and better texture. The cheese is very airy and soft, not sure if it's the added provolone, but it just didn't have a depth of cheese flavor. Cheese seems too heavy handed toward middle of pizza, and made the crust feel soggy. I like this place and I think it will likely continue to do ok given its location and aforementioned pros, the convenience of buying by the slice at the window and the really kind service but would love to see them get awards again based more careful curating of sauce and cheese elements.

I felt the crust was a little too thick and the texture of the sauce wasn't to my liking. Also when I asked if I could get extra pepperoni on my slice I was told no as they are already pre-made. Seating inside has limited hours I believe due to staffing as they had a help wanted sign up.

The table wasn't wiped from previous glassware on the table but wasn't too bothersome. Napkins were already at the table so we could wipe it just fine. Despite it being in the heart of the tourism area, the vibe of the restaurant stayed classy for all guests. I saw employees of all kinds frequently greeting customers which made it feel all the more welcoming. The food itself beat my expectations. It was priced fairly for the quality we received. My husband and I came there for our anniversary and were very disappointed. Positives: Amazing view! Delicious cocktails, and great service. My salmon was cooked perfectly. Negatives: Quality of food. My cilantro rice was absolute mush. I am not sure how it left the kitchen. My husband's seafood boil was overcooked: crab was dry, almost everything overcooked even corn. For $65 for the bake expected better. The bread was dry and hard. I have loved this restaurant for awhile so it makes me sad to write this review. I paid for an expensive anniversary dinner and got a basic meal that was overall very poor quality. I am not sure if I will return.
