This was my second time seeing Dr. Blair, and the experience was just as bad as the first. Patients are told to arrive early, even established patients who already completed everything online, only to sit in the waiting room 45 minutes past their appointment time before even being called back. Then another 20+ minute wait just to see the doctor for about 30 seconds, only to be told he would be back. After that, another 25-minute wait before he finally returned for an injection (he's gotta sneak in those extra 2 or 3 appointments). Dr. Blair has zero bedside manner, came across arrogant, dismissive, and immediately pushed surgery on a 46-year-old patient while claiming there were "no other options." I've never met a doctor so dismissive. What makes that even more concerning is that I sought a second opinion and was, in fact, given another treatment option. At no point did I feel like my pain or concerns were taken seriously. Isn't a doctor's job supposed to include treating pain and helping patients explore options instead of brushing them aside? The entire interaction felt rushed, cold, and transactional. OrthoSC feels like a run-of-the-mill greed factory where volume and money matter more than patient care. The lack of communication, respect for patients' time, and overall professionalism was incredibly disappointing. I gave them two chances, and they failed both times. I would never allow anyone from this practice to operate on me. If you are dealing with shoulder issues, I highly recommend Dr. William Greer. He was compassionate, patient, answered every question without acting annoyed, and actually spent time with me -- about 15 minutes, which felt like a completely different experience compared to OrthoSC.

Back pedaling; could be this or could be that no clear solution. I had already tried everything that they recommend for pain with no relief. So here I am almost 3 years later with daily pain and a knee that is 100% worse than before the surgery. Wouldn't risk using these doctors in case something goes wrong.

When I arrived, my pain level was intense, I could hardly walk; he diagnosed my issue within minutes, he was thorough, professional, articulate, very knowledgeable; and took his time in explaining in detail my issues, his recommendation and how he was going to address the problem. He had me out the door with little, to no pain in about 45 minutes. I've been more than satisfied with Kevin's diagnosis, it was spot on....and my recovery has been impressive. No driving, no social life unless someone took me out. I went to another ortho doctor for to a second surgery who told me "I waited too long. but, I'll do the best I can". The second surgery did not help my chronic pain and I currently walk with a cane. When I went to Dr. Bohan in August, he had the nerve to ask me if I wanted him to operate again. Ten days later, when I was able to see my pain doctor, they worked with me, tried different medications until they found something that worked and relieved my severe pain. If a doctor can do the procedure correctly, that's good. But it doesn't end there. I have a VERY low tolerance for physical pain, so my experience was awful.

I always walk pain free for a couple of weeks and that makes my quality of life better. I only wished they could be given more frequently. My only reaction is a red face from the steroids. I had two teeth pulled at the dentists see the teeth that are not there . My wild hair is not from the shots Either. That was from chemo. Dr Bohan is the best. We always check in to see how he is doing too. He needs to be healthy to take care of us. If you need a knee doctor. Call for Dr Bohan. The shots don't hurt if you relax. Think of the ocean waves. Dr Mills is understanding, professional, honest and committed and made us feel very comfortable and confident. The staff is very professional, knowledgeable, extremely helpful they went above and beyond to help my mom get scheduled quickly per our request. This included helping get all the preoperational test scheduled and prepared my mom for her surgery. This was extremely helpful since my brother and I both live out of state.
