This past weekend, we had a chance to experience something a little different -- a private event my cousin hosted there for his 30th birthday -- and it was fantastic. The event was a seated, sit-down dinner at the market, which isn't something they typically do, but they executed it really well. The evening started with passed appetizers (all delicious, as expected) and a table full of charcuterie. For dinner, my cousin opted for a seated "steak sampling" experience -- almost Brazilian steakhouse-style -- featuring tastings of five different cuts. There was also shrimp scampi served family-style, along with sides like roasted potatoes. Even with varying preferences for steak doneness across the group, they did an impressive job accommodating everyone. Huge props to the B&M team for pulling off something outside their usual offerings so seamlessly. This was my first time in the market itself, and it looked great -- clearly a great destination for quality meats and prepared foods. If I lived closer, I'd absolutely be a regular and would use them for catering for myself. Looking forward to more events with their food in the future!

If they had become unavailable for our date or decided they didn't want to work with us for any reason, there would have been no hard feelings on our part as long as that had been communicated to us. There aren't enough stars for how amazing Anthony and his team are! I used them for my husband's outdoor birthday in our yard and can't say enough good things about them. They are friendly, professional, attentive, and the food is amazing. Throughout the process, Anthony was so responsive with suggestions and answering question. With the current health concerns, we wanted to use a vendor who would be handling the food/serving it in the safest possible way for themselves and our small group of guests. Anthony and his team clearly know how to keep everything safe, the staff were the only ones touching/handling food fully gloved and in masks, while at the same time serving food that was presented beautifully, provided non-stop, and so delicious. Everyone asked for their information and was blown away! We added the S'mores Bar at the end, and there were so many different types of marshmallows and chocolates, it was such a festive end to the night. Whatever we didn't finish got packed up in re-heatable trays, as well. I really could go on and on, but if you are looking for catering for your next event, Seaside Sliders is it! Wishing there were more stars. From the first email on, Anthony was always there replying. Even after the event he emailed me to thank me. And if his Customer Service wasn't great enough, the food was AMAZING!! Burgers cooked perfect, the freshest clams I ever had. And not to mention their amazing loaded tater tots!! It was all perfect. They showed up exactly when they said and stayed until the time he said. His crew was great as well. Don't forget to tip them!! I liked how you didn't have to order and stand by the truck waiting for food. They set up a great buffet display with all of the food we chose and made it Covid friendly. They have a sound system and will play any music you request. As the party was for my Dads 90th birthday and my Mom and Dads 70th Anniversary, we were nervous with the pandemic. No need to be, they always wore masks, and the food was displayed very nicely, food was labeled and behind plexiglass as they served it. Plenty of help where there was hardly any line. We booked SeaSide Sliders for our one-year-old's first birthday bash, with a guest list of approximately 80 (60 of which were adults). From the moment Anthony and his crew arrived at the venue, they were super courteous, attentive to our specific arrangement, and as professional as you would expect from an experienced catering company. Aside from the occasional check-in, the team voluntarily limited their engagement with us so that we could focus on entertaining our guests, and they could work behind the scenes to pump out FABULOUS sliders, loaded tots, a hot pretzel station (with a whole bunch of dipping sauces), and an awesome ice cream sundae station. Seaside Sliders catered our wedding of 105-110 people on Saturday, 4/13/19 and they did a fantastic job! All of the food was amazing, as was their service. They were beyond helpful in the months leading up to the wedding as far as planning an event that was truly personalized to what we wanted, and they and their staff were a HUGE help in cleaning everything up at the end of the night! Yesterday we had the team from Seaside Sliders cater our sons first birthday party. We had 82 guests including us. Everything was amazing. From the custom cocktail hour that we wanted to the salads and sliders everything was great! The biggest complaint we heard from our guests was they were too full. They do there own table set up with cutlery, napkins, condiments etc on tables they bring and offer tents to set up. I highly recommend the Seaside Sliders for anyones party/event. The chef's presentations were the talk of the evening- all night we had so many wow factors and the servers and bartenders were professional and caring-they went above and beyond. It seemed as if it was all of the same staff that worked all of them. They were all friendly, accommodating, and very professional. By the end of it all, I felt as if we had known all of them forever. That was really cool. The plethora of passed apps, dinner buffet, cocktails, and the the brunch buffet were THE best catered food I have ever had in my entire life and 30+ year career in the food and beverage industry. Me and my party that I came with (one of which owns a catering company in another state) were totally blown away. I live on the other side of the country now. But, the Selden's food made me feel completely at "home" again. Truly impressive. I highly recommend them for any of your occasions.
