When they got it to it to me, it was too late and they did not give me the estimate in the way that I asked for it. When the problem was finally corrected (they returned numerous times), it was a few months after our project was supposedly done. We hoped they would reset the expiration of our 1-year warranty from April 2026 to June 2026, but they refused. We also never received itemized invoices from them, because everything went through our contractor. Now we are trying to information about the amounts we paid for different portions of their work, for our taxes, and they won't get back to us.

My building actually prefers other providers but the price point is hard to beat so it convinced me to switch. JG was prompt on getting back to us right away with an estimate. We then spoke to Amanda who helped us figure what we needed and book us a time and day. The owner Jimmy arrived with Oscar to take care of us that day. They gave us a text about a 1/2 hr before that they were in route. Jimmy was very friendly and explained everything as he was working, showing us videos of the inside of the vents as he started cleaning them. They worked promptly to look around the house to start working. They first covered all the vents and brought in their equipment. Each Individual vent was cleaned. Th package included the dryer vent and furnace but we paid extra to get the bathroom fan cleaned inside and thru the outside. They cleaned up and were done in about 1.5 hrs for our 2600'sq ft house. I would definitely recommend them for any duct work you have. They were very prompt, professional and have great customer service!

I have been contacting GVHAC for the past 3 years trying to address these issues, trying their suggestions, and monitoring the results. We have some rooms at 85F while others are 68F on the same system in different zones. When I called today I asked if the support person wanted to know my address so they could look up the system. He told me he was finishing up another customer and would look at it later and instead asked me to describe the issue... over and over... with more and more detail to the point he just recommended a floor damper on the room that's too hot. What a worthless company. Absolute trash.

I noticed a scratch on it, I told the installer-he ignored me and said nothing. I stood outside and watched him, I tried asking him a couple questions-he would not answer me. 2 other people arrived at my house, one walked in without knocking. The other walked around the back. I didn't know who they were. Later, I was told they were Electricians who worked for the company. They watched the installer- one of them asked if that was Refrigerant leaking out of the air conditioner, he did not respond. I said that is why I needed a new air conditioner, because of refrigerant leaking out of my air conditioner. I asked again about the scratch on the air conditioner-the installer finally answered. He said for me to call the owner. I called the company. I did not talk to the owner, I talked to the person who sets up the appointments. I also wanted a receipt of the money I was paying. He told me someone from the company would come with the Invoice. He talked to the installer and had him take a picture of the scratch on the new air conditioner. He called me back and will order a part for the new air conditioner for the scratch. I was treated terrible by the Installer and the 2 Electricians. They would not answer any of my questions and just looked at me, when I wanted to watch what they were doing. I was not instructed on the black box they installed by my furnace. I was not given any information about the Rebate or the Warranty. I was not given an Itemized copy of my bill. I don't think any Woman should use this company, because of the way I was treated by the Installer and the 2 Electricians.
