I ordered the chicken and it was extremely delicious. It was seasoned and grilled very well along with a side salad that was fresh with different greens. I had also ordered the Pinot Grigio they had. You only have to hit me over the head once (or twice) to get your message across - the "Seasons" in Seasons 52 means a seasonal menu meaning I'm living on borrowed time with their Summer offerings. I have to admit for a chain the Salmon was superb however the tomato and mozzarella flatbread had the tensile strength of a Communion wafer with scant ingredients. I was looking for a bit of variety, so we started with a cheese steak flat bread. It was really tasty, but it did seem a bit under-cooked. It would have been great with a bit more crunch on it, as it was a bit floppy. When our entrees came, my steak was cooked to perfection. It was a nice cut of filet, and wonderfully medium-rare. On one hand, the food is consistently better than your average chain; you know exactly what you're getting, it's always fresh, and it rarely misses the mark in terms of flavor. I'm a big fan of the Maui Crunch Salad, with a generous portion of seared tuna, organic greens, mango, almonds, wood-grilled red peppers, and toasted sesame dressing that's filling while managing a reasonable calorie count so you can splurge on the shot glass desserts. However, the service here is just as predictable and, unfortunately, it's always predictably vaguely disappointing. Every time we visit, our orders take a surprisingly long time to come out. That wouldn't be a dealbreaker if the staff kept us in the loop, but our server never seems to circle back to acknowledge the delay or offer an update. We've also spent a good portion of our meals here staring at empty glasses, as nobody ever came by to top off our beverages. It's a shame because the kitchen is clearly doing its job, but the front-of-house experience consistently drags the evening down. I had high hopes... I was browsing restaurants close to my hotel since we're kind of in the middle of nowhere and this place popped up. I browsed the menu and it seemed good enough so I went. I went in the evening and it was pretty crowded but not too busy where I had to wait. While I usually sit at the bar when I go out to eat, I decided to sit at a two-top in the bar section. Shortly after I was sat, I noticed there was a five top seated diagonal from me. I watched as three different servers passed by me with no acknowledgment, only to then look over and see the five top already get water while I had nothing. Not the greatest way to start out. I kept looking back to get someone's attention and managed to lock eyes with a server who then came to my table. He asked if I had been helped and I said no. I went ahead and ordered a blueberry lemon splash but got it with vodka instead of gin and got the 6 oz filet with NO mushrooms, and got green beans and carrots for my side. After he got my order, he eventually brought water (it def took longer than it should have.) The blueberry lemon drink was pretty good. Although tart in the beginning, it tasted better after it was stirred. I noticed the pour was heavy, so there's that. Shortly after, someone else came up to my table asking if I had been helped. I said yes but thought that was odd because they seem disorganized about who was doing what. A few mins later my food was brought out and while the presentation was nice, it wasn't what I asked for. The first thing I did when I ordered my food was ask for no mushrooms and guess what was scattered all over my steak and my plate? Mushrooms. My server didn't come check on me until I was about halfway done and then the man that dropped off the food asked if I was able to manage with the mushrooms. You're joking, right? I'm glad you found it funny considering it was NOT what I ordered but go off. Now, I saw online they had some dessert flights I was interested in, but once the server did come back around, he never even mentioned the desserts and I went ahead and asked for my check. Overall, the service was subpar, disorganized and needs a facelift. The steak was good but that's it. Had a 5:30pm reservation on a Wednesday and was surprised has busy the restaurant was. By the time we left about an hour later, the rest of the place was packed! We were seated right away. Our server was very pleasant and took our drink order pretty quickly. All in all our food came out very quickly and while we were not rushed at all, we were only in the restaurant for about an hour. Enjoyed the Philly cheesesteak flatbread as a starter. It was very crisp and flavorful. As a paper plane drinker, I was pleased to see the jetsetter on the menu with pineapple infused bourbon. The drink was similar to a paper plane, though I would have preferred it strained without ice. I got the grilled sea Scallops for my meal. The scallops were cooked well and were flavorful. After dining , my party and I paid our bill using the QR code option provided on our receipt. As we were leaving the premises, our server, Kevin, ran after us and yelled across the parking lot, claiming that we had not paid our bill. There is a large parking lot on site, and we easily found a spot upon arrival. The restaurant itself was clean, and we were seated immediately. We experienced outstanding service from start to finish. Our server was also quick to correct two issues that occurred with our orders. I opted for a cucumber basil smash cocktail that was out of this world good. We tried a few different cocktails and all of them were excellent. As for the food, I appreciate that there are many gluten-free options available, including their flatbread. We were both amazed at the quality and size of our shared flatbread, that poor thing didn't stand a chance against the two of us. Our server was also nice enough to bring out a decorated Happy Birthday plate for my boyfriend's dessert. Truly, we had such a great date/celebration, we can't wait to return. I went here with my family for my sister's birthday. I have been here before and I liked the food. This time was no different. We were seated right away because we had reservations. The seats were comfortable and it wasn't too noisy as we came for lunch so it wasn't very busy. Our server, Andrea, took our drink order and even went out of her way to make me a strawberry lemonade, which isn't normally on the menu. I ordered the Alaskan halibut and it was good. We've now been to seasons 52 4-5 times and every single time we say we should come back more often. They are very accommodating, the service has always been very good, and the food has always been very good. You can come here for drinks, sit in the bar area, or have a nice hot date with whoever you want to bring (Wifey and I have done all of that). The last time we were here Wifey had a cedar plank salmon and I had the half rotisserie chicken. As expected we both loved our meals and I don't think there was a sliver of meat left on my pile of chicken bones. Amazing lunch to celebrate 2 friends birthdays! All the food was fresh and delish. My burger was overcooked, but they whisked it away and apologized profusely and made it right. Really enjoyed my father's 75th surprise bday party here at Season 52 in Hanover in the Napa Room. Sydney was the manager that handled the reservation my Aunt made and I'm struggling to remember our servers name but he went to Ole Miss for college, it came up in conversation, and he was excellent as well. Between the old and the young in our party it mustn't have been easy but the service was great and also the food. At first we had been told the lamb was sold out but after double checking for us our server happily said there was enough for the 3 orders we made. I went with the pork chop as the entree and we had a whole lot of the flatbreads as well for the table. Everything was really tasty and flavorful. I also found out that this place doesn't even have a fryer so all the food is more healthy and equally delicious. 10/10 would recommend coming here often as the menu changes seasonally! read more
