It's their policy that they will remake drinks that aren't made correctly. They gave me a drink only 2/3 of the way full. They said they can't fill the cup all the way if the drink has light ice. I've gotten drinks with light ice for years and have never had this problem. They refused to fill my drink. I always leave this location disappointed
