The room was spacious, and well appointed. Loved the four poster bed in the Dogwood suite, and bed was comfy. Also loved that I was next door to the Keeler Tavern Museum. Loved getting to look at a place my ancestors had visited. Beautiful property. Breakfast was small but nice: small quiche, small selection of pastries, coffee/ tea, some cheeses. Our experience was top notch, stayed at the main house employees were excellent, they provided a cart w chairs, umbrellas a lock, towels, bikes, free kayaking, water,ice free breakfast along with other locations you can use. Room was small but it's we just used it to sleep and shower. BTW shower was awsome. Spent time in the main courtyard with our friends, employees were attentive. I can also see an issue staying at the off site locations being loud. Looking forward coming back next year.

We felt welcome as soon as we walked up to the house and met Dave. He gave us a tour and showed us to our lovely (and large) room with a view of the vineyard. Dave and Donna have thought of anything you may need. There's a bar, 24-hr access to coffee, tea and water, board games, pool table, a mini indoor golf set, spacious outdoor seating to take in the beauty of the property or have a drink by one of the fire pits, even microwave popcorn! Dave made us a fabulous breakfast each morning and was super friendly as he presented each dish and chatted with us. If you're considering checking this place out, DO IT!!! We will definitely be back to spend more time at this fantastic east end gem.

Josie was great. She showed us around our floor (when you rent a room you get the entire floor) and talked about locking up and things like that. The Breakfast portion is on the lighter side. Cereal and juice are available. Josie offered to get pastries in the morning but we said we didn't need it, there are too many great places for brunch in the neighborhood. The rooms were clean, the main bathroom seemed brand new (the second bathroom in the bedroom was nice to have as well) and the location was fantastic. I'd much rather pay a little more to stay here as opposed to getting a hotel on the other side of Park Slope. If you need a place to stay in Park Slope I recommend considering this place.
