Dee-Dee of HomeGrown Tours was superbly helpful when she contacted us about a need to reschedule our tour for earlier in the day. She asked how we were getting to the island and shared a much better way to get to Oak Bluffs. Very glad she went the extra effort to make our trip more enjoyable. Among the stops on the tour were Menemsha where we enjoyed seafood soup samples & had seafood sandwiches from Menemsha Fish Market. The stop at Aqinnah (Gay Head) Cliffs was stunning with the views of the ocean, beaches below, multicoloured cliffs, and a lighthouse. Another memorable stop was at Orange Peel Bakery. Oh, what trip on Martha's Vineyard wouldn't mention Jaws filming sites. Stan pointed out several of the key locations, including "the Jaws Bridge", providing back stories about the filming. I had paid the full price of $450 upfront on Venmo, and afterwards the owner Jeffrey C. refused to issue a refund, even after weeks of texting. I would absolutely not recommend this company.
