Cuticles left untouched, nails filed AFTER paint job.
    Krisha D.

It's actually hard to believe this place is in business. I walked in with a friend at 4 pm. There were two technicians and one customer. They started working on my friend first and she got a regular manicure. The paint job was poor. I got a shellac manicure and seriously feel that I was robbed. The woman was distracted the entirety of the time and painted my nails BEFORE she filed them or cut the cuticles. What?! It didn't even make sense! She neglected to paint my entire nail, the edges were left bare and she was generally rough. When she was finished and I looked at what she had done, I was horrified! I can't believe that they charge anything for this service let alone $40!

This is how bad of a job they do for men.

This was honestly my first pedicure ever. And to be baptized into this whole new amazing world of nailcare, I cannot wait to go somewhere else! Because I've never done this before, the foot massage and massaging chair was enough for me to say, "omg I love it" But then when I left, I first of all wasn't happy with the fact that I couldn't communicate with my nail... specialist? No, nail lady cause she couldn't speak any English. If you don't speak French, you don't work in France, same everywhere else in the world. Anyway, I then went to my coworkers to talk about my experience cause I was just not sure about the whole thing since I couldn't talk to her. They then began to list off all the things wrong with what they saw: no clear coat or buff, badly done calluses, uneven nails and so on and so forth. Honestly I should have known something was up when I asked the lady 5 times, "are we done?" And in response got nothing more than a long drawn out, "oooooohhhhhhh." And on top of that, all other employees just sat there and stared and did not once try to help translate for the poor bad nail lady. I'm sure she was scared and confused why I was repeating the same gibberish (English) over and over to her. Honestly, not worth $25. Especially considering by the end it got super awkward and embarrassing cause I felt like some migrant slave was working on my feet. Not some nice, respectable woman that knows what she's doing.

    So long & full!

I only go see Linda for my eyelashes. She does the best job, they last me 3 weeks and it's only $45! Such a hidden gem!

Ask for Julie. Best French manicure in Seattle. Not to mention a great person. Approx 60 for shellack mani / spa pedi which seems like a great deal.

Do not go here!!!!! I usually get my nails done in Bellevue, but I didn't want to make the drive, so I tried Seatop - what a mistake! I have shellac on my nails and toes, and they started to scrape off the shellac before it was ready (it sat less than a minute in the foil), and started scraping off my nails. I objected and they said they were trying to get the first layer off. Once they got the shellac off, they used their nail drill to file down the tops of my nails - a nail drill??? My nails are already thin!!! The tops of my nails after the filing were so rough, it was awful. Then she starts to paint my nails....WAIT, WHAT??!! I stopped her and said "you didn't cut my cuticles, didn't soak my nails in water" - she tells me that they do things differently here, and they do that last. I almost walked out, but I thought "maybe she knows something I don't know?" WRONG! The paint looks horrible, it's not smooth because they didn't file the tops correctly, and the cuticles look rough....there were a couple of areas where there was still skin sticking up on my cuticles, as well as an area where she cut me, and do you know what she did??? SUPER GLUED those areas!!!! This place is dirty, they don't sanitize their instruments or the tubs for your feet. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!! And then on top of it, it's way over priced for what you're getting.

Gel French tips should NOT turn tan within days of being done

The…read moreatmosphere feels tired and neglected--an old Sandals sign made out of faux greenery still hangs on the wall, the pictures and mismatched furniture look dated, the manicure chairs are uncomfortable, and there wasn't even any music playing. The service was equally disappointing. There was no hand soak during the manicure, and the polish was not applied down to the cuticle, leaving the nails looking like they had grown out already. The pedicure felt rushed: my feet were not soaked long enough, and my toenails were barely trimmed, even after I specifically asked. The toe dividers were placed in between the big toes before the protective slippers were put on. Since the slippers had very little support between the toes, they kept slipping off and smudged the polish on my big toe. However, they didn't fix it, and I noticed after leaving. For the price, I expected much better care, attention to detail, and concern for the finished result. Overall, the experience felt subpar and was not worth the cost.

The first time by a newer employee, the second time was worse, by Nancy. She cut me while doing my cuticles. She tried to stop the bleeding by putting this powder on it that burned. I told her I would stop service and come back another time since I was bleeding quite a lot. She kept pushing me to continue. She NEVER said sorry and kept saying "it's ok it's ok" and then I said "but won't you use your brush to polish - its blood" implying that my blood would get in the polish probably, and she just said "no it's ok it won't"... again, never saying sorry and not thinking about the sanitary consequences. Then upon leaving she said nothing - just looked at me and said "thank you" Will not be coming back and will be writing a review. The fact that she didn't say sorry at all is far beyond poor customer service and I fear for this place in terms of sanitary standards and cleanliness. EDIT: see the attached response from the salon - no details of sanitary procedures, did not address the concerns and willingness to paint regardless of the blood, and said it was immediately cleaned which was not true. Would like to see the camera footage they are describing and a list of "cleaning" materials they used.
