Reasonable pricing and great service. They use a really nice air vent to push the fumes out and the work happens very fast. I have a 1970 era tub that had some dings and scratches as well as a dull finish. It now looks good as new and is way sturdier than the cheap fiberglass tubs you find at Home Depot and Lowes. Called around and most places put me on a two-week waitlist. Thought about an epoxy kit from Amazon but wasn't sure of the tub color and needed a perfect color-match. Got a hold of Graham and explained my situation. He went out of his way to flex me into his schedule. He was very communicative and responsive pre-visit and showed up on time and ready to work. I couldn't be happier with Graham's work! Our house was built in the mid-50s and the tub is original to the house. The tub is big and well-made but, unfortunately, a previous owner tried to refinish it and the result was awful: the "paint" was chipped away and the result was a very ugly tub that couldn't be properly cleaned. Graham seemed very polite and knowledgeable when I first talked to him on the phone. My appointment was in the afternoon and he was running a little late. He called me twice to let me know his new arrival time. I had planned on having our bathtub refinished, however after Graham had done some buffing and polishing the bathtub almost looked as good as new and he advised us not to refinish it. He could have finished the job and charged us for the full refinish but he did not and he only charged us for the work he did. Graham answered all my questions, quoted me a reasonable price and, best of all, looked at the tub and suggested he could fix the problem without having to resurface the entire unit. My husband thinks I am brilliant-because I had a tub and shower refinished by SBS. The results were better than I hoped for! The tub is a beige color with tile up the walls around it that match; I figured the finish of the tub would have to be white but Graham matched it to the old color exactly. It looks great! And the shower was really bad-also tile walls but that tile was in bad shape. My husband tried to "fix" the grout and really messed it up. I saw pictures where they did the new finish over tile so I asked Graham to do that. When he came out and saw it he recommended fixing the grout and polishing the tile. After we discussed it that is what he did. He spent a lot of time on it so it looks fantastic, really the best possible solution and I am so happy with the results.
