Slowest service time. No response. We as humans need to work together. I get being busy, but months of no response is a tad overbearing.

Moath was referred to me so I messaged him when my parents needed their electrical panel replaced, and 2 new heaters installed. Moath is straight forward, no bullshit, no big company sales-tactics. My parents had received a quote from a well-known company but after I reviewed their 3 quotes (all of which were pages long) for a panel replacement, I saw the sales tactics straight away. Moath will not attempt to sell you on things you do not need and will not try to confuse you with multiple unnecessary options or pass you around to multiple points of contact. He will know what you need and provide an honest quote. After delivering the quote, he will allow you to make your own decision without constantly texting, emailing or calling for an answer. That is one of the qualities I appreciate as a customer. Upon his arrival he got to work right away. His work is meticulous. His wiring organization is superb, his cuts into the wall were clean & asked us for input on how we would like to run new wires. He answered any questions we had. He is professional, respectful, polite, prompt, trustworthy & efficient. I will also leave this note for you all to read as well because the person who referred me to Moath prefers not to leave online reviews: Moath was called to solve an electrical issue when a big company was not able to figure out. This company charged us $300 for the visit (mind you, they didn't fix anything). When Moath arrived he knew what the issue was within minutes, fixed it immediately and the city inspector said his work was one of the best he had seen. I'm currently waiting for the city inspector to do their due diligence at my parent's house but I'm confident there will be no issues. Thanks again Moath! We will keep passing your name around!

He took the time to listen to what I was seeing instead of jumping to conclusions. Then he went through the outlets one by one and did a pretty thorough check. What stood out was how quickly he was able to find the actual problem--it didn't feel like guesswork. After fixing it, he tested everything again to make sure all the outlets were working properly. That extra step mattered to me because it showed he wasn't just trying to do a quick fix and leave. He also gave some practical advice on a few devices in the house that weren't really useful and what could replace them. I asked him about EV charging, and he walked me through different options, including cost and tradeoffs, in a way that was easy to understand. Overall, he knows what he's doing, communicates well, and seems honest. I'd call him again.

Even after I had to pause the project for about six months, they picked things right back up with zero friction. Pricing was clear and straightforward up front, no surprises. The actual work was done efficiently in about half an hour, which I really appreciated. They sent out Cade, who was fantastic. He was friendly, warm, and very professional, and clearly knew his stuff. Our house is very old (built in the 1930s), and he was thoughtful and realistic about what was possible given the age of the wiring. He was also understanding of our situation as renters and worked within our budget without any pressure or upselling. I was also completely out of my depth, to the point where Cade solved 50%+ of our issues by flipping a literal switch. Slightly embarrassing, but honestly a perfect illustration of why professionals exist. He walked me through how everything worked, explained what had gone wrong, and shared practical tips on how to prevent future issues. He made the whole experience feel calm and approachable rather than stressful. Overall, great experience from start to finish. Responsive, honest, efficient, and knowledgeable!

Most of the other businesses asked to send a technician over, but Tucker responded quickly and promptly like so: " Hey, It's a minimum $250 charge for us to come out so I'm going to try and save you a service call. All bathrooms, exterior plugs, kitchens and garages have to have their outlets gfci protected. Most times they'll wire these in series so if one gets tripped the whole circuit gets tripped. I'd check every of those areas for a tripped gfci. I've seen a bathroom gfci be the reason the outdoor plugs aren't working. Tucker Moran Gold Mountain Contracting LLC Lic#: GOLDMMC765QA Cell: 360-980-2537 1-844-465-3686 " It ended up being that while my GFCI control outlets were still functional, the other outlets on their circuit were not and resetting the control outlet fixed my issue. I appreciate the honesty and integrity that Tucker's suggestion displayed (which should be obvious to any electrician) which saved me time, effort, and money. I will definitely consider Gold Mountain Contracting next time I encounter an electrical issue.
