5 stars all the way. I mean come on, did you see how many 5 star reviews he already has?! Excellent…read moreservice from start to finish. Moath was referred to me so I messaged him when my parents needed their electrical panel replaced, and 2 new heaters installed. Moath is straight forward, no bullshit, no big company sales-tactics. My parents had received a quote from a well-known company but after I reviewed their 3 quotes (all of which were pages long) for a panel replacement, I saw the sales tactics straight away. Moath will not attempt to sell you on things you do not need and will not try to confuse you with multiple unnecessary options or pass you around to multiple points of contact. He will know what you need and provide an honest quote. After delivering the quote, he will allow you to make your own decision without constantly texting, emailing or calling for an answer. That is one of the qualities I appreciate as a customer. Upon his arrival he got to work right away. His work is meticulous. His wiring organization is superb, his cuts into the wall were clean & asked us for input on how we would like to run new wires. He answered any questions we had. He is professional, respectful, polite, prompt, trustworthy & efficient. I will also leave this note for you all to read as well because the person who referred me to Moath prefers not to leave online reviews: Moath was called to solve an electrical issue when a big company was not able to figure out. This company charged us $300 for the visit (mind you, they didn't fix anything). When Moath arrived he knew what the issue was within minutes, fixed it immediately and the city inspector said his work was one of the best he had seen. I'm currently waiting for the city inspector to do their due diligence at my parent's house but I'm confident there will be no issues. Thanks again Moath! We will keep passing your name around!

He took the time to listen to what I was seeing instead of jumping to conclusions. Then he went through the outlets one by one and did a pretty thorough check. What stood out was how quickly he was able to find the actual problem--it didn't feel like guesswork. After fixing it, he tested everything again to make sure all the outlets were working properly. That extra step mattered to me because it showed he wasn't just trying to do a quick fix and leave. He also gave some practical advice on a few devices in the house that weren't really useful and what could replace them. I asked him about EV charging, and he walked me through different options, including cost and tradeoffs, in a way that was easy to understand. Overall, he knows what he's doing, communicates well, and seems honest. I'd call him again.

We were very happy with their work on our project and will definitely use them again in the future. I appreciated that they were upfront about their pricing and stayed within budget overall. We think it was a very good value for the amount of work we had done. Matt in their office was very responsive and super helpful throughout the process. The lead tech on the project, Grant, was very knowledgable, thorough and answered all sorts of questions I had. Ben and True did great work as well and it was a pleasure to have the whole team in our house. I really appreciated how kind the whole Mirsky team was to my family and how focused they were on getting the job done right.

The tech they sent spent an hour looking around, trying to find the problem. He said he couldn't solve it but we still got charged $411. He said he would have to send someone else. Any estimate for the job? No - he couldn't even make an estimate. When I called Adam, he said they would send a more experienced tech. Why not send someone qualified the first time? What about the charge for showing up and not doing anything? "That's our normal fee?" So, will we be charged for a new estimate? "It's still $250 to show up." Really? I told him we didn't want them anymore and we would like at least a partial refund. He agreed to a refund of $125, but the refund didn't come. I called again and he said they had a miscommunication. Now it would be sent. Still no refund ... We found a new person, a handyman - he said it was challenging, but he found the broken connection and he only charged us $250. Mirsky? Never again ...

Even after I had to pause the project for about six months, they picked things right back up with zero friction. Pricing was clear and straightforward up front, no surprises. The actual work was done efficiently in about half an hour, which I really appreciated. They sent out Cade, who was fantastic. He was friendly, warm, and very professional, and clearly knew his stuff. Our house is very old (built in the 1930s), and he was thoughtful and realistic about what was possible given the age of the wiring. He was also understanding of our situation as renters and worked within our budget without any pressure or upselling. I was also completely out of my depth, to the point where Cade solved 50%+ of our issues by flipping a literal switch. Slightly embarrassing, but honestly a perfect illustration of why professionals exist. He walked me through how everything worked, explained what had gone wrong, and shared practical tips on how to prevent future issues. He made the whole experience feel calm and approachable rather than stressful. Overall, great experience from start to finish. Responsive, honest, efficient, and knowledgeable!
