    I have been shopping at this location since it opened in 2007, and I have seen many employees come…read moreand go. However, Ivanna at the deli counter is by far the best I have encountered since the store opened. I believe that employees should be recognized for exceptional service when it is deserved. Ivanna always greets customers with a smile and is eager to assist them. I hope management acknowledges her efforts and recognizes her outstanding service. Great employees are hard to find and retain. Rosa in the bakery department is unfortunately at the other end of the spectrum. Rosa is so rude and unhelpful that my wife avoids the bakery department completely! I, on the other hand, will not let one rude and unprofessional employee keep me from any department in that store. I have asked Rosa time and time again for assistance in getting fresh bread, only to be told that there is none available to bake (even though I can see there is in the background) or that they first have to sell what is in the baskets. Both are incorrect answers to a customer. I run my own business, and my employees know that the customer is always right. I only hope that management corrects this problem promptly, because one toxic employee can ruin the rest of the team.

    My opinion: Meals were very convenient, delivery's on time, but mediocre menus and food quality…read more We did the microwave option which may be different quality than prepared meal versions. Found side dishes like veggies, rice, etc., (the non meat side items) mushy and flavorless. Ended up tossing the sides most of the time. Different menues seemed like a slight variation to other menues, by changing a sauce or a vegi, fair, but to us too similar, especially if it was not well liked menu in the first place. We tried it and decided it was not for us. If that was it i would NOT have left a review, jsut let it go. What has been irritating is supposedly FACTOR is easy to 'cancel at any time'... wrong! First i skipped a few weeks, then i just decided wasnt worth it and canceled. Canceled online, filled out a survey listing why we wanted to quit etc. Weeks later I learn i am being CHARGED again, AND FACTOR has SHIPPED another box of unwanted orders! 4-5 weeks after canceling the service! Stuff happens but after waiting on hold for an hour (the recording said estimated 25 minutes, said 25 minutes for over 25 minutes. Now i'm super unhappy. After an hour on hold waiting to speak to customer service, who did after some discussion and escallation, cooperated (hopefully) to resolve my situation and canceled my subscription (for a second time). But having to wait for an hour and having my initial online request to cancel be ignored i am left frustrated with FACTOR. They lost my trust as a service. Canceling is not quick (an hour on hold) and definatley not easy, obviously online attempts to cancel are unreliable, waiting an hour for assistance to talk to a human is frustrating. I wish FACTOR luck, it just will not be with me as a customer.

My credit card was run for $1 to validate my credit card account & once validated, the credit card charge of $1 fell off. A few days later, they claimed my credit card was invalid and they failed to send my Meals. Now for the second week, they charged me 20% off for the promotional value, which would be $67 for 4 meals. I called and informed the Customer Service that I never received my first promotional and she said that they can't give that promotion when my credit card was no good. I explained the details and she still said sorry. I canceled my account because if they can't uphold their promotional values, then I can't eat their food. Factor Meals should adhere to their promotions or do not offer them. They rope you in then say the credit card is no good and it's funny how the credit card was good the second week and I did not change a thing. These people are con artists. The business side of the house needs to be completely revamped & they need a 10 lesson plan on Customer Service Thank you
