There was a miscommunication about the distance of the panel and the distance of the outlet but Ben kept the estimated quote as it is. He even went to the house in the middle of fathers day celebration to drop off the missing wire. Now that's what you call a businessman. I learned a lot from our conversation today. They did a good job trying to minimize the damage as much as possible. The damage that was made was promptly fixed. This is the third time we've had them come to the home. I'm writing a review for this particular service call since it was larger than the last service call (thermostat installs). BQ - if you see this - be prepared, I will call you for lighting updates on the outside of the house this time :)

They also accommodated an additional small job that popped up unexpectedly. Estimates are done via computer software, so you can expect consistency in pricing - they're not just making up numbers as they go along. Overall, I found them professional, knowledgeable, and reliable and would use them again.
