Update from my review of last year when Sebastian improperly replaced my valves which caused multiple leaks. I finally had another company come in and explain what he did wrong. My PVC throughout my yard is 1", which is common in older homes, however Sebastian converted my Valves and PVC to 3/4" by cutting off the PVC as it approached the Valves. I am guessing he did this because 3/4" is the size that most people have with them. Asa result of this conversion of PVC sizes from 1" to 3/4" I had a significant build up of pressure, which caused leaks to come in the "T" junctions. My valves would also make incredible shaking noises periodically that could be heard throughout the house. My valves that Sebastian installed cost me a significant amount of money and were under a written "warranty" from Sebastian however, he ghosted me, after coming to my house once to replace the first leaking PVC "T" junction. I ended up having to spend another $600 to have someone repair his incompetent work. Please do not make the same mistake I made and use this person, as he clearly does not have the knowledge to do this work and does not fix his mistakes. read more

I used this person about a year ago to repair a leak in my front yard. They also changed a set of sprinklers for me. It was initially easy to book and they came out the next day. The price was much higher than other quoted me. The guy said it's because they use high quality materials and offer a one year warranty. Since then I have reached out several times to get work done in my backyard. Most of my messages were ignored or I was told "I thought I already sent the info." Nope. Nothing was sent. The company was finally able to "squeeze me in" 3 weeks later. On the day of my appointment no one showed up. I reached out, no response. I'm tired of trying to track these people down. Also, the sprinklers that were installed last year don't work anymore. It's unfortunate that crappy service seems to be the norm in this industry. read more

BEWARE! This young man (SEBASTIAN) is a fraud. I saw his 7 reviews on Yelp and decided to call him and get an estimate. He showed up on the day, but late. After discussing my needs and wants, he went inside his truck and prepared my estimate. He gave me the estimate and I almost fell of my chair LOL.... I laughed and explain to him, that I have experience in this type of work, but due to my Injury (Recent Achilles Tendon Rupture Surgery) I could not do the work. I told him that he would probably spend under $200 on parts/materials. He then re-qouted me and from $5,000.00 he went down to $500.00. To his defense, I did remove some of the work that he had indicated on his ridiculous estimate. He then scheduled me for 2/28/20 to come and do the work. 1 day before I text him to confirm and he told me that he could not do it, on that day. He then rescheduled me for the following week. I again texted him a day before and he said, Hes truck broke down but he could definitely be here on 3/7/20. I told him that I have to move several things around and make sure someone is home. Cancelling on me creates a big problem. I asked him, if he was sure and the night before he text me and told me he would be here between 8-9 AM. at 9:15 I called him, and no answer. after several texts, and calls, being ignored and now being 12. I knew he had cancelled on me again. So here is the deal about this shady individual; 1. Very Young, I would say 20-25 (Immature attitude). 2. If you live in nice neighborhood, The price will go up. 3. If you have a nice decent vehicle in your driveway, The price goes up. 4. If he finds out what you do for a living and it's a decent living, The price goes up. This young kid is taking advantage of good working folks, don't be fooled. He has a lot to learn. Contacted Sebastian for help with possible irrigation leak in our backyard. Made appointment and he was here exactly as promised prepared to help! I must say Sebastian was the most knowledgeable irrigation I've had come out. Completely honest about his assessment and what was going on with the irrigation system. I contacted Sebastián to fix my backyard sprinklers that were not working after getting a new fence installed. We set an appointment for Thursday, but today he called that he was available. When he got here he tested the valves and found there was no water going to the valves. He found a valve off the main water source was not working (odd timing it happened after the fence work, or I had not noticed). I recently purchased a house and needed to have some work done on the sprinkler system. I could not have asked for a better person than Sebastian to come and fix my system. He knew exactly what he was doing and did an outstanding job. He added piping and a ball-valve that would allow me to turn off the water to the irrigation system instead of turning off the water at the meter. He fixed a faulty pipe that was leaking to a valve. He replaced a couple of faulty valves. He replaced sprinkler heads. He adjusted all heads and sprinklers to spray in the correct direction. He replaced my irrigation timer with a WiFi enabled Timer that I had purchased. He diagnosed the messing of wiring and reconnected everything so that all 6 zones would function properly. I needed one water station replaced and a broken landscape water line repaired. He showed up one day and gave me a bid. I accepted his bid , although I thought it pricey. I could not water my landscape due to the broken line. He was to return at 8 AM the next day and complete the job. By 11 AM he was a no show and failed to call. I telephoned him and his excuse was a broken down truck. He never got back to me again. Note this was a period of time when temperatures exceeded 100 degrees.
