We would not recommend. We paid for covered parking, but when we got to the unattended lot, we found rough asphalt in an old industrial area with 6 or 8 truly covered spaces (in a small, open 2-sided warehouse), and maybe 15-20 spaces with lean-to parking that allowed full afternoon sun on each car. There were maybe 200 or total spaces. The covered and semi-covered spaces were all taken, of course. A courtesy van was just leaving when we got there, and guess what? There were no others running. We had to wait for the driver's full round trip -- about half an hour -- before we were picked up for the drive to the terminal. On the good side, the driver was courteous, energetic, and nice. We will not use this lot again. read more

We don't fly out of SJC Airport often anymore. Previously we'd parked at the Doubletree Hotel but decided to shake it up give this slightly cheaper lot a try. Reserve online in advance. When driving to the lot, Look for Service King Body Shop signs. Pull into that lot and the parking is located toward the back. If traveling with multiple people, leave the people and the bags near the shuttle sign. Then self park and walk back - it seems to be a multi-purpose parking lot that wraps around an industrial building. I personally wouldn't want to be here alone at night - it didn't feel unsafe but did feel industrial. There's a small waiting room with an odd assortment of couches. Thankfully we didn't need to wait long for the shuttle to SJC. Our shuttle driver was friendly, helpful with bags, and safe. And the drive to SJC is only about 10 minutes. When we returned to SJC it took a few phone calls before we reached someone to request the return shuttle. So call early and leave a voice message if needed. They did call us back. Our return driver came within about 10 minutes, and brought us directly to our car, saving us some steps. We showed the driver our pre-paid receipt and we're able to drive off (no gate, no attendant to pass through/by). Our car was safe and our experience was positive overall. Would we park here again? Maybe. If traveling alone, I'd feel safer at a lot with an attendant and/or a valet option. If traveling with someone during day hours, this could work again. read more

On the day of flying out to our trip I entered an empty lot no phone call no email from these people who I have used in the past several times without any issues whatsoever. My wife called them while we were in the lot to see if they moved down the road only to talk to some jerk saying they moved to Oakland. Terrible customer service the guy laughed and said you won't make it to Oakland we will refund you. A nice email or call would've helped! read more

No frills outdoor parking located next to a neglected warehouse. Upon arrival no one came out to greet me or give instructions so I just parked at an open spot. When I approached an old metal shack with a "waiting area" sign the old lady inside finally acknowledged my presence and called the driver for pick up. As luck would have it I took the last open parking spot, subsequent vehicles will be "valet" (aka they keep your car keys). The initial pick up took about 10 min while on the return it took about 18 min. The 11 seat van was in descent condition though the fabric seats were stained. Driver was helpful and courteous. My car was undamaged. $42.76 for 4 days is a great bargain. read more

As for the driver, was arguing with me 11pm at night tell g me he was only going to give my husband a ride back to their lot to grab our truck & come back to pick us up. We had 3 kids & they were sick wanting to go home and he wanted to argue with me & say it's not a shuttle service at our convenience but on theirs. He was so rude. He said my husband needed to go get a ride & leave me & our 3 kids so he can come back in our car & he was full. Absolutely ridiculous. I was exhausted after travelling all day and the driver went out of his way to find me and help me get the bags from the terminal to the car as I was solo with two small children. I've chosen this parking a handful of times over the past few years and have yet to experience an issue. It's a "self park" open lot meaning you find a vacant spot, park your car, keep your keys then you pick it up when you return. Not sure if the nearby warehouse is covered parking. There are instructions on how to request pickup and dropoff in their office. Parking validation is with your driver. It's probably just a 10-15 minute drive to the SJ airport. The pickup/dropoff times do vary so please don't depend on them entirely especially if you're in a rush trying to catch a flight out. Aside from the driver, I have yet to notice an employee, not even security, that graces the lot. Take heed if not having security bothers you from leaving your vehicle here. read more

This was my second time using this lot. The shuttle drivers were courteous and I had a very short wait both to and from the lot. There were plenty of spots and I was able to get a corner spot. On the way back, I was the only one in the shuttle so the driver took me all the way to my car in the back. Overall, I have had a great experience each time I used this lot. I booked a little over 24 hours for my car through Way, which I have used many times at other airports. The Way app said I would be charged $19 at the lot. Instead, my friend's card was charged $47. No amount of documentation can prove to these people that we were over charged. Way tried to help but without a receipt (the lot people only give you a card, not a receipt) they can't help me. So, I fault AM Parking for their terrible system and I fault WAY for having them as a vendor. I will say, however, that the shuttle driver was very courteous and we tipped him accordingly. Super convenient off-site airport parking. I reserved and paid for a spot on-line and in advance of my flight. The day of, I drove here on a Saturday and was able to find a few spots left on the lot. BE CAREFUL OF OVER CHARGING!! We made a reservation for parking from 11/23/2022 to 11/29/2022. Upon our return on the 29th, my husband took the parking shuttle to retrieve our care while I waited for our checked baggage. When the shuttle got to the parking lot, the driver took the receipt from my husband and told him that we had only prepaid to 11/27 and that we owed another $18.50. My husband was tired and caught off guard and just paid the money rather than question it. My husband, who was intending on tipping the driver, just gave a $20 bill to cover the additional cost and the tip. The driver did not return the receipt (which clearly showed that we had paid through to the 29th), which they usually do... possibly to hide that we had just been overcharged? When my husband picked me up at baggage claim, he told me what had just happened. I immediately called that shuttle pick-up phone line and explained what had happened. The driver, who is the one who answered the phone, just yelled at me and, in the end, told me to come get the money. By that point, we were already on the highway headed home and if we had turned around to go back to the lot, we likely would have had to wait there a long time for him to return from another trip to the airport. We chose to continue homeward. I have since sent an email and left a voicemail and no one had gotten back to me. We also paid additional for "Self Covered" and there wasn't any covered parking available. So that was an additional cost that we did not get. It isn't about $18.50... but if this driver is doing this to many of the customers, it could really add up. And if the driver is an owner, then they are not running a trustworthy business. So... be careful!! If they try to over charge you, don't put up with it! read more

Don't be fooled by the somewhat deserted warehouse location - this is a great option for long term parking at SJC. We parked at 6am Saturday and the shuttle was waiting at the gate. It's about a 10min ride to airport. On the return, we called as soon as our luggage arrived and the shuttle was there in 10min. We had been told not to lose the claim check card but nobody checked when we left the lot. Will definitely self park here again but under NO circumstances would I do a valet park. read more

No issues for my trips. My flight was first of the day, so van was already waiting to leave when I arrived at parking. Return flight was last of the day, and shuttle arrived in about the time it took to drive to airport. I called after I was at #11. July 2022 service: Easy, most affordable, standard parking. No one is at the front to greet you but there is a sign telling you to call the number listed and wait at the "lobby" area. My party of 6 arrived, self parked, walked to the lobby and waited maybe 10 minutes. The gentleman that was there was waiting for another 10-15 and was calling with no luck. Tips: 1. As always, don't leave any valuables in the car. 2. If you're going on groupon, call in advance and get the correct receipt emailed to you. The family that arrived after us bought on groupon and the driver didn't understand the confirmation and held the rest of us back. 3. COME EARLY. Hiccups happen. If you're late, that's your poor time management. 4. Keep your confirmation card that they give you when you first arrive. This is the first time I used this company. I made a reservation online and when I got there a nice woman checked to make sure I had a reservation and see if I owed any money. She also gave me a card that had the phone number to call when you fly back to the airport and where to pick up the van. The shuttle pick up is at the front of the lot where they check you in. If you have family it might be better to drop them and the luggage off there. The parking is around the corner and up from the pick up spot. You just find a spot and park your car. To get back from the airport we called the number and walked to the pick up spot. The wait wasn't to long, around ten minutes. The driver dropped us off in the back where the cars are parked. I liked that we keep the keys and the parking wasn't supper tight. It is a place I would use again. read more

Although the parking lot location is a short 5-6 minute drive from SJC airport and offers affordable overnight parking, I have to give this establishment a single star due to the lack of professionalism and safety. MASKS SHOULD BE REQUIRED FOR ALL EMPLOYEES AND PATRONS! We are currently in a mask mandate, but my partner and I were stuffed like sardines into a van with a large group of people who were not wearing masks and were coughing and sneezing. The large group had so much luggage that suitcases were in the seating area of the van. I had to sit halfway on my partner's lap, which made it impossible to use a seatbelt. The parking lot is also a little sketch looking and parking slots are not regulated, so there are a lot of cars parked very close together where you'll need to backout to open the passenger doors. read more

It was a quick shuttle ride to the terminal and equally easy for the return. There are staff onsite 24/7 so despite flying in on a night flight, someone was there to pick up the phone and ensure we had a quick and expeditious shuttle ride back to the lot. Very misleading name. Parked at 600am and didn't get to the airport until 715 BECAUSE OF THE SHUTTLE. The waiting area is dirty and unmanned. We had to wait 25 minutes for the shuttle to arrive! And THEN.... Once the shuttle arrived, we had to wait another 10 minutes for the driver to take online payments for people. If a reservation can be made online, payment should be taken at that time, or at least, we should be able to show proof of reservation and payment ahead of time - NOT WHEN WE ARE TRYING TO GET TO THE AIPORT ON TIME. We allotted an hour for parking and going through security, which should have been PLENTY considering SJC is a smaller airport. Instead, because of the shuttle and driver, we were RUNNING to our gate. Return was also awful - website promises 5-10 minutes for shuttle. The parking was easy. The shuttle was right there for me when I arrived. Coming back, the walk to where you pick up shuttles is a bit of a hike in San Jose, but that is for all off airport parking. The prices are WAY better than the airport parking and the price includes a shuttle to the airport. These guys are pretty good until they aren't. I called in after 9pm for a ride and was told they were on the way. It wasn't busy at all, but they didn't show up for 20 minutes. Then they sat and waited for more minutes once they arrived at the stop because they supposedly had two more people coming (only one showed up). So, to save on a van trip for them, they had me wait a total of 32 minutes? How is that good customer service? It only takes about 8 minutes to get from the lot to the terminal. I saw 4 long term parking buses pass during the wait. I'd rather pay extra and have good service than wait until it's convenient for you guys to pick me up. Liars, they told you Grand Total $6.01, but when we get to the parking the driver charged us extra $12.62, we couldn't negotiate with the driver because we have to go to the airport and we don't want to miss our flight, but if this is the case then these people are real cheaters, here is the details: Sub Total $7.05 Tax and Fee + $11.58 Pay at Parking Lot $12.62 Pay Now $6.0 ------------------------------------------- Grand Total $6.01 USD It says if you pay at the parking lot then you will be paying $12.62 but if you pay now it will be $6.0 so the grand total is $6.01, Grand means everything otherwise they are playing with the words to rip people off. Now if the price is really $6.0 then the driver is a thief stealing our money, taking advantage of our hurry to cath our flight and charging us what he wants, in both cases this whole company is a rip off. We received a refund for the parking fees only, the third party fees charged by the app used were not refunded. The dirty blanket they gave us was soiled and stained our seats with some grease stains. We had to end up buying large trash bags at a nearby store since the seats were really soaked and we had over an hour drive back home. We later called the parking garage to see if they'd pay for our deep cleaning service for the vehicle to get rid of the stains left on the seats, but they only told us we could take the truck to their parking garage as they have a cleaning service and would take care of this. If you cannot keep my windows closed during a rainy season, how can I trust you with cleaning my car? And why do I have to go out of my way to bring the vehicle to you to fix a mistake caused by you? And I'd rather not have to deal with rude and racists employees. read more
