Amazing dealership, if you can really call it a true dealership. I recently sold my daily driver…read moreand was in the market for a car. I was searching all day and looking at different lots, but they either didn't have what I wanted, were too pushy, or flat out wasted my time. I found them as I was traveling north up the valley and pretty much was going to give up after them if I didn't find the car I was looking for. I searched their up-to-date website that had honest pricing and no shady "call for price". I found a car I was interested in and headed there. I went in and was greeted and shown the car. I looked it over and really loved the personal touches they put on each vehicle they had (mine had a new set of rims and tires that fit perfectly with the vehicle). After test driving, rather than rush for the sale, Nate really asked questions to get to know me and explained Black Rock and their philosophy about how you should leave with a car that makes others wonder where you went, instead of a car that everyone and their mother-in-law drives (my paraphrase not his exact words). This is a small business I was glad I stumbled upon, and even happier I was able to patronize. I didn't read any of the reviews before I went in, but I wasn't surprised when I saw all the 5-stars on them. Thank you again for my Jeep, and I already have had a few people asked where I went and how did I get it at the great price I did. I definitely shared your website and will continue to do so.

We were referred to Nate by our friends who purchased their Tesla X from him & totally recommended…read morehim because of their great experience they had. Nate seriously listened to my wants on my 4Runner & made it a reality. He went above and beyond what I asked for! We dealt with Nate the entire time, from start to finish. He helped my husband & I find & customize my dream 4runner that stayed within our budget loan & monthly Pmt!!! He's not your typical sales person that tries to sell you a car ASAP just to make money off you, but rather he listened to our concerns & needs/wants & was able to answer and respond back quickly through out the entire process even when we were out of state talk about building relationships Thank you So much Nate we seriously appreciate ya! I can't tell you enough how much I my 4Runner and the constant compliments I get from folks. Definitely won't be the first or last car we purchase from you

Buyer beware! Unethical dealer, provable complaint, zero interest in making it right. Purchased a…read more2017 Ford Superduty from them. Large sticker on windshield that stated "Inspected" qualifies for extended warranty. Asked sales if there was anything wrong with the truck. "Just minor scratches and little things, great truck, it's was inspected" Received the truck and parked it in driveway overnight. That morning, backed up and saw a large oil stain on driveway. Got out, looked through the wheel well and saw a very noticeable oil leak seeping off the engine block. Crawled underneath only to find not only a large leak but a leak that has been going on for months/years based on the build up of oil everywhere. I'm not a mechanic, but if this truck was "inspected" anyone could see this truck has a major leak that had been going for awhile and should have been disclosed. Sure, I could have had it inspected, but that was already done be the dealer, supposedly. Reached out to Kapp Auto and instead of trying to find a solution, I was told I was questioning his character and that they "never saw it". Kapp Auto Sales either lied about the truck being inspected or lied about its condition. Either way it's unethical and I would caution doing any business with this dealer. I would also question any and all of these reviews. You've been warned.

It may have been a better place before but look out there going to get ya now....
