Worst experience I've ever had at a dispensary. Took 3-4 minutes to check each person in at the front, I was about 5th in line, so took 15 minutes or so just to get checked in. Once I finally got checked in, they told me it would be 25 minutes till someone comes back from their lunch to get me my pick up order. Went and waited in the regular line, took another 10 minutes to get to the front, Asked if they could just match my order to buy on the spot and they said no and offered no resolution. After wasting 20-25 minutes of my time finally just left empty handed. Will never come back to this place read more

Ken (security) was so welcoming, check in for first time was quick/easy he even took the time to ask me about my day and offer me a dog treat for my puppy. Parker (bt) helped me out today. He was super patient and informative. I like to see a variety of options based off potency and price. He showed me everything I asked for and had great recommendations as well (like a rootbeer drink, protab recover etc). I've been staying away from flower bc of low quality but Parker put me on to some brands I haven't tried. He even found a mix of gorilla glue my favorite flower ever! The convenience of this location is PRIME! It's right off the 55 freeway. Such an easy stop on the way to the fair and on the way home. When you walk in, you automatically feel like you've entered some place special. Whoever built this place knew what they were doing, it's done so beautifully and feels like you're really in a Secret Garden The tenders knowledge is pretty fantastic and incredibly friendly, so 10 points for customer service. The store has a complete spread of everything you could want. We even tried some new yummy gummies that one of them suggested.
