You really can't beat that! I prefer to get my nails done by Jessica and she always does a great job! They can accommodate anything you would like done. As for the pedicure, I usually go with whoever is available. A few technicians I prefer more but I don't usually say a preference. Long as I get the shape I want, I'm good. I do make sure it's to my liking. :) You get a bottle of water & madeline as well. SYOY!

My daughter's cut was worse, and I felt the nail technician was not careful enough while working on her nails. She also came across a bit rough and not very warm with my daughter, who was very well behaved the entire time. The salon did give me a discount for the inconvenience, which I appreciated, but I still don't think it's acceptable for both kids to leave with cuts. A nail appointment should feel safe and enjoyable, especially for children. I hope they take more care with younger customers in the future.

Nice music and pictures on the TV screens. They have a very big selection of services and polish colors. I'm going to tell you a secret ask for Kelly for pedicures and Bea for manicures. They are the best. Make sure to book an appointment as they get booked really quickly. Today, though, was a completely different experience. I arrived a few minutes early for my scheduled appointment. They had me sit, choose my colors, and everything seemed normal. In the back room, I noticed two technicians available, just chatting. I assumed they needed a moment. Fifteen minutes passed with no update, which was unusual. Then an older woman walked in, sat down, and suddenly the staff told me, "She has an appointment, so we're going to take her first for her mani and pedi." I reminded them that I also had an appointment and had already been waiting 20 minutes. Their response was that she specifically requested them, and I would be seen "when the other technicians are done", even though those technicians were clearly busy and nowhere near finishing. My appointment was overlooked without any communication, and as a long‑time client, I was extremely disappointed. The only person who acknowledged me was the woman cleaning the nail stations, she was kind, brought me colors, and checked in. No one else did. Shame on you guys. I won't be returning, and it's clear why your reviews have been declining.

All of the tools are very hygienic, coming from the sterilized wrapping. And the nail stations are all very clean.
