We were greeted right away by nice young man Brody, who explained their pricing and where to find what we were describing. We found several rocks we liked from different stacks so I headed to get help. Brody saw me coming back and immediately came out of the office to offer assistance. We showed him the rocks we wanted and he tagged them and started loading them to be weighed. I was impressed at how efficient, skilled and safely he handled the big equipment. He had us weighed and loaded in no time. We were able to pay the $218 right there at the truck with his hand held device and we were on our way. Overall we were very impressed and the short drive across the river was well worth the savings. We priced out the same number of rocks in similar styles in Portland and the Portland suppliers were nearly twice what we paid here. If you're a dog person, there's added bonus (not related to Sundance) is that they are right next to a huge dog park that we weren't aware of so we were able to take our dog there for some fun afterwards too.

When she asked what I "wanted" I replied, "as a customer, to be treated with more respect." When I mentioned that I have been a customer for years and used to love shopping there, she just kept asking me what I "wanted." The way it was plastered on the side of my car, higher than where the bag was, means that the associate knew it was busted open and loaded it anyways. There was sand everywhere in my car and will never come out of the cloth seats. I took pictures and sent them to the online rep. He said I needed to return it in store and refused to process the $6 refund. I then called the store and they said they wouldn't refund it without the product. So now I have to load the busted sand bag back up in my car and drive the 30 minutes back to return it. I'm just going to return everything I purchased because that is absolutely ridiculous. Never again.

So based on his excellent YELP reviews, I scheduled him to come and install a sliding shower door for me. He was on time, had all his own tools. He is very personable, and easy to work with. When I followed up to request a return for the remaining over-order amount I got to speak with them again and confirmed their super kind human status. This HD is not close to my home (was just the closest to have the item I needed in stock), but if I ever needed to place a curbside order I would absolutely consider traveling the extra distance for the professional and quality customer service
