I am extremely disappointed with our experience with Two Men and a Truck…read more After our move, we discovered that numerous items were missing, including electronics, household items, kitchen utensils, children's belongings, and irreplaceable sentimental keepsakes such as my son's handmade baby quilt. When we reported the missing items, we were told an internal investigation would be opened, including a review of video footage. We submitted a detailed list of the missing property in November 2025. After waiting approximately eight months for an update, we ultimately had to follow up ourselves, only to be told there was no evidence that anything remained on the truck at the end of the move and that the company would not accept responsibility. When I asked to review the truck photographs that were referenced as part of their decision, I was told they could not be shared due to employee privacy, despite those same photographs being cited in support of denying our claim. We were also informed that if we wished to file a police report, the company would cooperate with law enforcement. I understand that mistakes can happen during any move. What has been most disappointing is the lack of accountability, the lengthy delay in responding to our claim, and the inability to explain what happened to so many missing items. At the conclusion of the move, the crew left quickly while we were occupied documenting damage to our newly built home and several pieces of furniture that occurred during the move. Our attention was understandably focused on those issues, and we later discovered that numerous belongings were missing. We entrusted Two Men and a Truck with our family's belongings, including items that cannot be replaced. Unfortunately, our experience left us without answers and without possessions that held significant sentimental value for our family. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this company.

Thank you for your response. I do, however, need to correct several inaccuracies…read more First, I'd like to understand what you consider "constant contact." We had to contact corporate twice because we were not receiving responses or meaningful updates from your office. If communication had truly been constant, there would have been no reason to escalate the claim. Throughout the process, we promptly provided every requested document, receipt, photograph, and piece of information. We answered every question as quickly as possible because we genuinely wanted to reach a fair resolution. You also state that the receipts were requested so you could contact the manufacturer to determine whether the furniture was repairable. That was never communicated to us. If you review the email chain, you specifically told us, "That's not the purpose of sharing the receipt." At no point did anyone say the manufacturer was being contacted. Our repeated questions were simple: Could your vendor actually repair our furniture? How was the settlement amount calculated? We never received clear answers to either question. Instead, we were repeatedly told this was an "either/or" situation: either accept a repair or accept a payment without your vendor ever inspecting the furniture to determine whether it was even repairable. We asked multiple times for clarification before making a decision because we wanted to understand how you arrived at the proposed amount and whether repair was actually possible. Those questions went unanswered. Your final email simply recommended that we accept the payout, despite it being only a small fraction of what we paid for furniture that was only a few months old and was damaged while in your care. You also mention that Aaron "did not make a decision." What your response leaves out is that we experienced a family emergency during that time. Aaron even emailed to let you know there would be a slight delay in responding and that he would get back to you as soon as he could. Rather than waiting for that response or addressing our outstanding questions, you mailed a check without any further communication or explanation and declared the claim resolved. We do not consider this resolved.

Hands down, this has been the BEST moving experience of my life. From scheduling the move, to the courtesy of the team, their efficiency...5 stars! The gentleman who scheduled my move over the phone was attentive, knowledgeable and provided costs to me upfront. There was no confusion on what we would be paying and they had plenty availability for the day that we wanted. The morning of our move, the gentlemen called me 30 minutes before arriving and guess what? They arrived EXACTLY at their start time! They promptly got to work, asking us during a quick walkthrough what things we needed packed up (apartment move to a house). They were friendly, laughing and talking to us, and very swift. They packed up our apartment and attached garage in a few hours and set off to our storage unit to pack the rest. YES - they stopped at our storage in the middle of the move to get the rest of our belongings! On the way to our new home, a 3rd mover from their team called me to inquire if I wanted to have a 3rd person to keep making the move go faster (as a member of the first team's shift had ended). I said yes, and the new team member showed up with the original team and kept going. I can't stress how polite these young men were! They gave us recommendations and asked our preferences all day! The biggest thing of all was that they moved a 400 lb safe up to the top floor of my house with not a scratch to any floor or wall!!! I was blown away. These young men were so considerate that they changed their shoe covers EVERY TIME they walked onto our new flooring and carpet! You guys can imagine how many trips they made...I just can't stop saying how courteous and polite they were. In the end, the money we paid was a great bargain for all that they helped with. I will forever use them for any moving needs that I have and HIGHLY recommend them!

I have her voicemail and would attach it here if reviews permitted that. I was told that I would receive a phone call prior to the movers arriving. I waited this morning and didn't receive one. Then I called was informed that the movers were there waiting for 45 minutes and that I was responsible for paying for that time they waited because someone wrote my phone number incorrectly. When I called, Ann said "normal people" would be where they are supposed to be. They decided to have three movers and NEVER informed me. They moved the same stuff from my old house to the storage with 2 movers. Costing me $77 more per hour more than anticipated. I didn't authorize an additional mover. The owner came to my house last time to give me a quote and left his business card. I have misplaced it (while moving) and Ann refuses to give me his contact info.

They immediately went to work and had all of our stuff loaded in about an hour. I would highly recommend the services of this fine company.

It had to go through a wooden privacy gate, a patio door and stood on end to get into a hallway and bathroom door. At our age it wasn't even an option for us to attempt so I went directly to Yelp. I pulled up movers under Yelp, of course, and called three or four movers in the area. Bellhop charged by the hour, didn't seem dettered by the weight or standing on end and was available when we needed. Bellhop texted and emailed a confirmation and reminder while the lead mover introduced himself by text and confirmed the arrival time and exactly what they were moving a few days before. The day of the move they arrived separately and promptly, both were dressed appropriately (pants weren't down past their booty), polite, they worked well together, were careful and listened to suggestions my husband had without taking offense. We've had to move several large items into our house and knew what would work. We ended up having 3/4" to an 1" head clearance going through the bathroom door. They handled it like troopers and nothing was damaged. The move from start to finish only took an hour and 15 minutes. The bathroom vanity had no scratches and the marble top was in perfect shape. Bellhop doesn't provide furniture or appliance dollies unless you're renting a truck. We provided both for the movers but they weren't neccesary. They just carried the bathroom vanity and handled like pro's. If I need something moved again I won't hesitate to call Bellhops Moving.
