When we arrived she had just finished cleaning and treating the unit to be rented. We started the paperwork, she explained everything and later delivered an envelope to me knowing that we were on a time schedule. I reached out Uhaul customer service and whoo! They mapquest my rental route. It came out to 9.1 miles. They stated the person should have done a walk around and gone over the mileage. No conversion with a human just the same computer voice that never gets what you said and keeps you in a repeating loop of options. Please note every one at the location is very nice.
