I should've did my research on this company because this place is a scam! They bait you with low…read morerates so that you could move all of your stuff in. Then 3 months later they'll raise the price of your rent to what ever price they want. I tried calling their office to see if the price could be negotiated but they were not willing to work with me. So now I have to move again. Supposedly, this company tends to raise their prices to what ever they want whenever they want. I've heard someone say they started out paying $30 per month only to end up paying over $150 per month in less than a year! I think this company preys on the fact that moving is a stressful thing to do, so they expect people to deal with price increases rather than move. Not me! Luckily I only have a few things to move but I can't imagine how people with a lot more stuff to move are coping right now.

Went to pick up the U-Haul truck I rented it had an 8th of a tank in there making me spend time to…read morego to a gas station to fill up instead of being able to just start on my move. Not knowing how much MPH the truck takes I filled to 3/4 of a tank and only used 1/4 (so left a half of tank). I gave a call to customer service and they won't reimburse for gas so I spent an extra $60 and the extra miles to get to a gas at a station that I won't be getting back! They said basically said it sucks to suck. So all in all the conveniency is terrible! Personally I think the truck should be filled before anybody rents out a truck so you exactly how much gas to put so the customer doesn't get ripped off!
