Hi, I needed 2 50 inch TVs mounted. I found this business on Yelp. I requested a quote and Andre responded. He was very open to answering my questions and very patient. He gave me the pricing and we set-up an appointment date and time. He confirmed the appointment with me before hand and also called an hour earlier on the installation date to confirm again and let me know they were on their way. My appointment was for 11am. They arrived before 11 (which I knew they would from the call earlier). Two men arrived (with mask on). Very respectful, kind, informative and again patient. They mounted two TV in less than an hour. They worked proficiently, quickly, expertly and cleanly. Made sure TVs were secure and demonstrated how to move them on the mount and fixed them to my liking (I'm in a wheelchair and can't reach the TVs) . Our transaction was done with no problems and they left. Unfortunately, 10 minutes later I tried to change the channel and hdmi on my fire tv to my cable. Didn't work. Tried a few more things. Didn't work. Called Andre and explained what was happening and he said ok, we'll swing back around in about 15 minutes. He was here. He than walked me through step by step on how to change between my fire tv and my cable. He was again very patient, understanding and made sure I had it down.
