So I went in yesterday to pay off an overdue bill for my mother. The guy's assistance was chill. He was pumping me up I was so excited to save the storage from AUCTION, the Day before it was sold off. I'm so relieved. He even took the lock off right away, wether i was going back there at the moment or not. Was a MAJOR PLUS in my book. I was even able to check in and get a New Different Shirt for my husband he loves the material. Love the little checkin gift opportunities they have. So cute. The office feels kinda small but welcoming when you see the water/coffee station. Small but very much appreciated feels a little more welcoming with that touch.....I feel anyway. read more

When we called the person who answered the phone was well versed in rates, sizes, availability and the onsite as well as internet rates. She helped us in renting our unit, got everything processed quickly and the units are indoors; well-light and behind a password entry fence with alarms on all the doors and insurance for the units built into the rental rate. I feel very comfortable storing my items here, the rate is reasonable, the staff is helpful--the ONLY reason I'm not giving it four stars is because I've only been renting it for a month so it may be upgraded in the future. read more

I'll echo what everyone's said about James but that is by far not the biggest issue this location has. I had a unit for over 2 years. Paid on time, every month, without fail. On March 1 I go to pay my bill online as usual and get an error that I have no unit rented. I figure it must be a glitch but it's after hours and I can't reach anyone so I call first thing on the 2nd. A woman answered the phone, reassured me that my unit was still there and that she'd forward the issue to IT. She took my credit card payment over the phone. A few days pass and I notice that the unit rent still has not been pulled from my account. I call again (I believe it was the 5th) and speak with James. He informs he is having trouble with the computer and will call me right back. No problem. It's now after 6pm and I get a call from the regional manager, Stephen. He tells me that staff has informed him that I vacated my unit on the 15th of February. I tell him that's impossible. He claims a woman showed up and gave my name and had the key. I tell him again, this is impossible. I have the key on my keychain right now. He says there is a chance there is a mix up and he'll try to get a visual on my unit. About 45 minutes later, he calls and says he can't get a hold of anyone on site but will follow up first thing in the morning. I express my devastation and worry, is half of what I own gone? My son's artwork from pre-K and older? Family heirlooms that can never be replaced? My financial documents? Stephen claims he understands how stressful this is but not to worry as he'll get to the bottom of this. Needless to say, sleeping that night was near impossible. I wake up earlier than normal and stare at the clock until 9am. No one calls. I wait a bit more. Finally I call and get James again. He claims he's been instructed to not speak to me at all, and I'll have to do everything through Stephen. I say that I simply want to confirm that my unit is vacant. James refuses to help me. I call Stephen. He finally confirms that he was able to verify that morning that my unit it totally empty. My husband and I go down to see for ourselves. Everything I entrusted with them...gone. The unit had been completely cleaned out. Per phone conversations with Stephen, he states that yes this mystery woman tripped the alarm. She was allegedly approached by a staff member and gave my name yet staff did not bother to ask for identification. Let me reiterate that the key is still in my possession. He claims that the video surveillance loops every 3 weeks (which should be 21 days) but that video of the 15th has already been erased so he can't show it to me. The circumstances that would make it probable that their version of events is true are near impossible. There are two people besides myself that even know which unit I have. Both helped me move into it. I'm still in contact with both of them. Both are prepared to give statements to the police for the report I've filed. I firmly believe that either the employees straight stole my belongings or they auctioned my unit off by mistake. I did see that they held an auction on the 13th. I'm disgusted. Hurt. Betrayed. Neither management nor staff has done anything to right this, not that there is much that can be done. Stephen claims he'll involved the insurance but it's now the 13th and I have yet to hear an update from him on that. Also be wary of any good reviews you see about them. They'll take $15 of your monthly rental for any review you leave across multiple sites, with the requirement that you share the review with them. I'll be reporting this practice to yelp. read more

And I don't do auto pay, so I don't have to worry about updates re who to update, if I change my info... I've worked with storage companies in the past, and we always sent out courtesy reminders... Needed a storage unit in a hurry, Ambrosia was very polite, friendly and great customer service skills.

My experience with Mike and Sarah has been an incredible one right from the get go. First, they are some of the most friendliest people I have ever met in my life--just really great couple. More importantly, their customer service is just plain amazing (because they actually care and I can tell from experience). Second, their location is super clean, and inviting. They just recently updated their camera system and added even more cameras (keep in mind, they already had a ton of them to begin with and knowing that they live on site, already made me feel safe and confident about about this location and its security). Third, their prices and absolutely better compared to public storage and tiger and they don't try to rip you off with that $1.00 move in, because they are honest up front and don't have those sticky contracts that others get you with. Quite frankly, I totally recommend them, and will do business with them and will refer anyone I know here. read more

I'm split, because I get along great with some of the staff. Could be difference of personality, or lacking customer service skill. A good manager reviews and adapts based on clients normal routines. The goal is to keep business not enforce rules and drive away clients. I will not name names negatively. I made my feelings known. I believe we do not mesh well.
