This review is from 1 month ago but I posted at the wrong location. This review is for the Fruitridge location. Front desk was rude as heck when I walked in. Only 4 parking spaces total in front and no where else to park other than a mile away. Got there and parked in front because there was no parking and the receptionist sitting in front didn't even let me get a word in before he said "you need to move your vehicle" when I told him I purchased a unit online and there is no where to park and if I could let my mom with her truck and my belongings in the gate so that I could park, he rudely said "there's paperwork you need to fill out and you need to move your vehicle. I went down to the gas station and luckily the manager there was nice enough to let me park there and I had to walk on the very sketch street a block down to the office. The area is no good and service sucks. read more

Got a 5x6 unit today based on Yelp reviews. The property is well maintained, clean, and secure. Don't let the neighborhood scare you. There are resident managers that live on site, they actually care about the property and you can tell. The prices are a little high but they do have some discounts available. You pay for what you get, and in this case that is a positive. Also when looking at the price $8 of it is for $2000 of insurance on your unit. If you have homeowners or renters insurance that covers your property while in storage they can drop the $8 off your monthly bill (you have to bring in proof). So far this has been a very positive experience, I'll update if anything changes but I doubt it will. read more

After cleaning out my unit the damage became apparent, every single Box in the storage unit had rat piss and poop on it, some items were so damaged it wasn't salvageable lots of items had mildew on them from the piss. I had to throw out about 1/3 of my belongings. The rats chewed through the plastic covering my couch and shredded the cushions. Not to mention once I cleared out my storage unit, not sure his name didn't care to ask, was very rude it seemed like he was upset that I would moving out. read more

Last minute storage rental and this staff was amazing. They were very friendly and informative about my options. What I really liked most was that they include insurance on your unit for free. You also have the options of paying your bill online or over the phone which makes it so convenient. I feel their prices are very reasonable and I am comfortable with my belongings in their facility. read more

Excellent place to store your thing till it's time to move the staff in the office are great. If your looking for a storage go to security public storage on Franklin road, they also keep there storage clean and every visit you can get a nice gift such as two kinds of shirts, mug, water cup, and a bag to store hot or cold items. don't even think about moving anything into this storage facility it has a rat infestation the staff is very nice and will suck you in and try to give you 3 months half off... no! stop it right there, that's a red flag they have a bad rat problem that they can't get under control, i had 2 units at that facility and both of my units had large amounts of rat/mice droppings all on my mattress on top of my dresser i even had the acting manager james ely come clean up the rat droppings and he also took pictures that was on a sunday for me to return back to the units 3 days later and find the same thing going on with large amounts of rat/mice droppings/feces stop dont go here get on sparefoot.com find a better deal and a clean storage to store your items... security public storage is a joke they sale you insurance $2000.00but when something happens the insurance company is only paying $500.00 per unit. what a low down dirty shame! i haven't been there a whole month and i had to hurry up and get my items out of there before they got destroyed by the rats... again... don't rent from this facility red flag alert! read more

Ok I have rented for two years with public storge And have never been happy with the way the business is ran although when Summer was with the company the customer service was wonderful. The first unit I looked at had no lighting due to people sleeping overnight in the storage units so they cut the lights off, I was told by James..Also the unit had 5 inch nails all over the walls and a condom on the floor...REALLY. Which is part of the package we pay for. Now they offer to take 15.00 for 3 months if you leave a review...then I was informed it has to be on 3 different web site...To boot all that now I have a late charge because I was in properly discounted one month and to clear it up..James gave me a late charge and told me the above...no discount because it has to be on 3 different websites! If my furniture wasn't so heavy I would move right away....Please do not rent here....My sister in law also has two large units which she will b leaving soon..really ...really CONDOMS on the floor and no security lites in the units because they turned them OFF!!!!WOW read more

The staff are always willing to give you a helping hand. Came with a truck full of stuff and had no lock. Thankfully they have very good locks you can purchase. A friend referred me to the Fruitridge road location, its right off the freeway and I would recommend them to any of my friends. read more

We just needed short term storage. Went online, found this facility within blocks of the items that we need to store. The young lady who does weekends took care of our needs and the onsite manager and his wife were there and introduced themselves. Semper Fi is a good description of this respectful young man. They put us into a locker that should be perfect for what we have to store. The prices are less than I thought they would be so I did a happy dance on my way out!
