This place is hands down one of the best food trucks we've ever been to, and we live in Austin and it's known for its food trucks. Conveniently located in West Sedona, they also do order ahead but even if you stop by it's never longer than a 10-15 min wait and it's WELL WORTH the wait. We ordered the chicken butter burrito and the daal and the flavors were just spot on. Super aromatic, balanced and delicious. We have been longing for these warming, Indian flavors and are so ecstatic we found this truck. Prices were extremely fair considering its Sedona and the portion sizes were also great. You can't go wrong with anything at this truck, and they're open late until midnight. I hope the success of this truck allows the team to build a brick and mortar because this place is truly a masterclass in Mediterranean and Indian flavors. read more

Really wanted to try this truck. The samosas were solid but every thing else was meh. The naan was cold and chewy and the fries were really floppy but the flavor was great. The butter naan burrito was fine but didn't have a lot of chicken more than it was rice and fries inside. I wish there was an option to choose your spice level when you order online. We were excited to try food truck (specially Indian) and this was such a disappointment. The naan were not made fresh, potatoes were some frozen potatoes thrown with ketchup on top as sauce, the lassi is basically concentrate mixed with some milk and the mango cheesecake is a store bought cheesecake with mango concentrate from a can thrown on top of it. This was a disappointment & I would have been ok if one thing was a miss but this is just plain disappointing. Stay away from this one. We had tikka masala, rice and garlic naan, as well as the gyro and fries. We also ordered the honey potatoes. We didn't love the honey potatoes as it was fries heavily coated in sauce. Also, skipped the fries with the gyros, but they did have to travel 20 minutes before we ate, probably great if we had eaten when received. This is one amazing experience to eat at this very cool Food Truck. The owner is Indian with a tremendous amount of experience cooking great tasting Indian food and eating here is a treat! This is some of the best food that I have had in Sedona ever and the different choices on his menu are just what the doctor ordered! From his Chicken Tikka Masala to his Shawarma to his chicken or lamb Gyros, Falafels, Kebobs along with so many other choices including Vegetarian selections, this is a place you will easily get addicted to! I think tourists are going to love this place but I think that locals are going to absolutely love it and eat there all the time! I love, love, love this place! It's so refreshing to find a place that cares about healthy oils and uses avocado oil. You can definitely tell the difference when you bite into their scrumptious samosas, which are not greasy at all! This is one of my favorite places in Sedona for vegan food. I ordered the butter chicken, the samosas and garlic naan. It was ready in 15 minutes, the owner was friendly and helped me choose my order. Let me just say that I drove with the food for 15 minutes back to my hotel, took a shower and got comfy before I dug in and it was still hot and some of the best Indian food I've tasted. The samosa was different in the best way I've ever had. It was tucked away under some sort of saucy goodness on top. Almost like a salad on top but better. The butter chicken was tender and the sauce was balanced. He asked me how spicy, I said id like it not to burn my entire mouth, keep it balanced and he 200 percent got the spice right.
