Every menu choice is delicious! Brisket and pulled pork is always on point, and the coleslaw is *chefs kiss*! Keep up the great work!

There's a deep reddish brown salsa that is my personal favorite, followed by the bright green jalapeño salsa. The hominy soup was great. The broth was spicy and beefy with a good amount of hominy that adsorbed the broth and very tasty with a nice satisfying chewiness. Honestly, it's hard to drive past this trailer without stopping. It's literally on corner of Zalesky Road and 89a on outskirts of Cottonwood. I believe the cook is actually Oaxacan because there's a friendly order-taker guy by the window who notes your order and passes to the cook inside. Delicious, authentic, real food. Most people seem to prefer eating in their vehicles in the ample parking area. But they do offer outdoor cafeteria style tables under a tarpaulin cover with patio heaters if you avoid eating in your car.

Once we ordered we sat down in their outdoor covered seating. We were offered a bowl of soup on a cold night free of charge. They have a good selection of sauces and toppings for your meal. The tacos were amazing! Fresh soft corn tortillas filled with flavorful meats of your choice. They added some onions, lettuce, and a spicy pepper if you're brave enough. I recommend this business for anyone looking for good homemade food.

The menu was posted and easy to read. There were tons of options, my favorite, or the fried pineapple and pickles. Also, the rice was very flavorful few of my friends to get the burger or not impressed but everyone who did get tacos or something of that nature enjoy their food. There is outdoor seating available, but the biggest drawback is you'll have to be prepared to wait. Great customer service it just seemed like they needed more help.

Picture are some of what we experienced. It was a Friday evening and they must have been preparing for a busy night as we could see people in the kitchen as its door was open. The window to order from was up, and we could see it say, ring the bell for service. I couldn't find a bell and was looking alongside the window frame for a buzzer that would ring, I stuck my head and looked to see if there was any like at a hotel registration desk, nothing. My whole body was leaning through the window so that I could reach the bell that was on other side of counter for which I could ring it real loud. I ordered a pizza that had arugula, avocado, bacon, and feta cheese. It was tasty! There were portions where the dough could have been cooked longer. My husband ordered a burger and addition of avocado which he discovered halfway into finishing it off, was missing but didn't bother to say anything. And he had fries and onion rings which were absolutely fantastic and you can tell I had some.
