I had high expectations given the reviews and hype, but this one fell short. I ordered a combo with two tacos and a side: carne asada and the wild caught fish taco. The carne asada was overcooked and dry, which was disappointing. The battered cod, on the other hand, was much better--flaky, well fried, and paired nicely with a sauce. The elote was creamy and solid, and the watermelon agua fresca was just ok. Overall, it feels overpriced for what you get, likely because of the location. For tacos that are pretty average, it's a bit underwhelming. Meh.

Saw this place on instagram and decided to check it out. I got the carne asada taco it was $6.50 for 1, can't say it was worth it the meat was cold didn't taste fresh. My husband got the carne asada burrito but their fryer wasn't working so he had to get rice which he was sad about but my husband's meat was warm and seemed fresher. The watermelon agua Fresca was nice and refreshing.

Comfortable seating

The fish tacos are amazing. The cauliflower taco, veggie taco, and vegan nacho fries were good. I wanted to love the fries - the taste was good but they were unfortunately soft/soggy immediately when I was hoping for a little crispy-crunch with the fries. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The new seating area is really nice and has sprayers when it's hot.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The food came up quickly both times we were there.

Needed a quick and easy bite, but didn't want to go to a fast food or chain restaurant. This was the perfect spot! You can either dine in or get it to go, healthy and fresh ingredients and unique options which I love! Something different and exactly what I needed.

Crispy Cauliflower, Elote, & Carne Asada

We ordered on their website and was given a pick up time. When we got there, we saw they were closed and cleaning up. Apparently, they ran out of food already and gave us a refund. They should've closed the online ordering so that we didn't waste our time. I decided to come back here and give it another go. This time, I ordered at an earlier time. I went with the taco combo and got the crispy cauliflower taco and carne asada taco with elote as a side. I was surprised how much steak was in the taco, but it was a bit chewy. The cauliflower was lacking in flavor as it seems they forgot the sauce on top of the cauliflower. Good overall, but improvements can be made.

Solid meal in Sedona. Perfect after a morning of hiking. I got the chicken bowl and it had a perfect amount of chicken, beans, and vegetables. I also got the watermelon agua fresca which was the perfect drink to go along with the meal. No complaints. People were nice, food was ready was quick. [[HIGHLIGHT]]There are a few tables to sit at outside the food truck which is nice because it has a cover on top for a sunny day.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

Pleasant service but the tacos didn't blow me away. The meat was dry and the overall flavor was lacking. The prices were also a bit high. 2 smaller Carne Asada tacos with a small size for just about $20.00 dollars is a bit steep to me.

Omg yum! So clean tasting and fresh. I had the cauliflower tacos and they were truly amazing. This really is quite the gem and I would 100% go back / almost did for a third taco haha. Thank you!

Wonderful location. Beautiful places to sit down and enjoy the city from a higher point of view. The tacos were wonderful and exactly as they described. The best food place in Sedona by far

Lots of problems with my visit at this taco truck unfortunately. Firstly there's no menu on the truck at all forcing you scan a QR code which then leads you to order online. Because of this I order online. No one called any names saying my food was ready for quite a while which was a bit frustrating as it was ready but just sitting on a counter. Secondly the taco was said to be "huge" or bigger than average. In my personally opinion this is a pretty average taco. For 7 dollars I'd expect to fill me up a little bit but it was quite small to what I was expecting. Bright side is that it did taste good.

Absolutely Demolished his burrito bowl

Mmmmmmm lots of Ms Light and feel good food. Tacos were perfect portion, prices a bit high but so worth it for all organic!

Fish taco, Elote (corn) and Carne Asada

We had three tacos. The Carne Asada tasted ok and a little tough. Had a hard time chewing it. The OG Buffalo was much better. Also had the fish taco and that was good and loaded. The sides we had were the fries and they were ok, and the corn (Elote) was pretty bland. No flavor at all. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Service was fast and we sat outside on a picnic table under a canopy.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]There were about 6 tables total.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

This taco truck is super cute, located just west of the fire department. You'll see the signs on the street and there is a little driveway with several parking spots. They have a little outdoor covered area to eat with about six picnic tables and string lights decorating and lighting above on the ceiling. There is a salsa bar and the staff is very friendly and kind. The young lady who took our order was very nice and welcoming. We are so glad they have vegan options! They have a couple of vegan taco options, a couple of burrito options and then even a vegan dessert and a few vegan sides!! So glad they cater to people with different diets! The food was so delicious! We can't believe we waited so long to come here my favorite was the cauliflower tacos and the magic school bus. I hope next time I come back, they don't change a thing! So good.

Picture are some of what we experienced. It was a Friday evening and they must have been preparing for a busy night as we could see people in the kitchen as its door was open. The window to order from was up, and we could see it say, ring the bell for service. I couldn't find a bell and was looking alongside the window frame for a buzzer that would ring, I stuck my head and looked to see if there was any like at a hotel registration desk, nothing. My whole body was leaning through the window so that I could reach the bell that was on other side of counter for which I could ring it real loud. I ordered a pizza that had arugula, avocado, bacon, and feta cheese. It was tasty! There were portions where the dough could have been cooked longer. My husband ordered a burger and addition of avocado which he discovered halfway into finishing it off, was missing but didn't bother to say anything. And he had fries and onion rings which were absolutely fantastic and you can tell I had some.

There's a deep reddish brown salsa that is my personal favorite, followed by the bright green jalapeño salsa. The hominy soup was great. The broth was spicy and beefy with a good amount of hominy that adsorbed the broth and very tasty with a nice satisfying chewiness. Honestly, it's hard to drive past this trailer without stopping. It's literally on corner of Zalesky Road and 89a on outskirts of Cottonwood. I believe the cook is actually Oaxacan because there's a friendly order-taker guy by the window who notes your order and passes to the cook inside. Delicious, authentic, real food. Most people seem to prefer eating in their vehicles in the ample parking area. But they do offer outdoor cafeteria style tables under a tarpaulin cover with patio heaters if you avoid eating in your car.

I recommend this business for anyone looking for good homemade food.
