I have been on a year-long search for stuffed crab shrimp, and BABY... I finally found them! They were absolutely superb and definitely earned a spot on my A-List for stuffed crab shrimp. And the drink? The Pomegranate Blueberry was sexy, refreshing, and delicious. I had one before dinner and, yes... I ordered another one after dinner. No regrets! The ambiance is what really sold me. It's low-lit, intimate, and sexy, but not so loud that you have to yell across the table or ask people to repeat themselves. You can actually sit back, enjoy your food, and have a real conversation. ‍ This would be a perfect girls' night out or romantic date-night destination. And as a woman traveling solo, I also appreciate the little things -- like being able to find a parking space close to the restaurant. That matters! We chose it because of the location (it was a short drive from our hotel and en route to the Grand Ole Opry), and it offered gluten-free options. I had a hard time deciding on what to order, as there were so many appetizing dishes. I settled on "Devil's Pass" (chicken and penne pasta tossed in a slightly spicy cream sauce with red onions, red peppers, mushrooms, tomatoes, parmesan, and fresh basil), and it was delicious. I love this place so much!! I've only ever been during the day and it's always so peaceful- not too many people and the decor is very warm and cozy. Great place to stop in if you're in the mood for some great food at a good price. We particularly try to catch their "Charity Monday" special. Every Monday (as of this review) they cut the price of select food and drinks to donate a portion to a charity. Between the chicken, steak or salmon you really can't go wrong! I don't understand the higher reviews for this place in any way, shape or form. We had been to this place a couple years ago & it wasn't memorable but fine for a lunch. We were in the area & decided to stop in for lunch. From the moment we walked in, staff was unprofessional and seemingly confused. Right after we were seated, 2 employees began having a inappropriate conversation (directly behind us) regarding whose table was whose, and bad mouthing their other employees. The waiter we got had no clue what was going on in general. We ordered the stuffed shrimp & the chicken parm. When they came, nothing looked appealing or fresh. The broccoli was very old, brown, inedible and clearly microwaved as well as the mashed potatoes were cold inside and also, clearly microwaved. Just appalling given the prices they charge. Both my husband and I only ate the protein and left the sides. Had to flag our waiter down for refills and finally, to get the check to get the H out of there. This place is low class. We didn't complain about our food, as it was clear the way this "restaurant" was run, that we wouldn't get a different food result if remade. I came here for dinner with my girl trip. There was no line for waiting and the waiter was fantastic! (Chase I think was his name). Other than that, it's looks like an upscale, casual restaurant. They serve burgers, steaks, pasta and have a bunch of rotating beer taps. I couldn't pass up a burger so I ordered the hangover burger. I have loved this place since the first time I went to it. I understand it is a chain, but that doesn't change my affection for it. My husband and I had our first official date here three years ago. The food and service are usually good, and I love their drinks! I think the go-to's I enjoy are their pasta dishes, their margarita flights (they do not do these anymore, but they were kind to let me have it on the latest visit even though it is not on the menu), and they have really good burgers. Literally, there is nothing you can go wrong with. Parking is tricking. You have to find it to do it. Usually, I do street parking, but they do have a couple of paid lots nearby that are convenient. My husband and I went into Sedona Tap House for a bite to eat and a couple of drinks.  I pulled up the menus on-line using the code at the bar.  Under weekly specials, it advertised "Thursday craft cocktails and martinis $7".  Prior to ordering, I showed the bartender.  She said it wasn't ringing up in the system, so she'd have to speak with the manager.  We sat for about 10 minutes waiting and then a manager came over and told us that the Corporate office put this up and they were not aware of it.  She said they had tried to call the office to have it removed, yet because of the time difference, they were closed.  She agreed to grant us the advertised price. When we tried to order a second drink with our dinner, she once again approached us and told us that she'd meant to tell us we were only allowed to have one drink at that price.  It didn't seem to matter that it's written right there on their website with no mention of types of cocktails nor limited amounts.  I didn't want to argue over it, so we passed on a second drink from the cocktail list. We opted for the house wine on happy hour which should be half off the $8 menu price. Some reason we were charged $5 per glass which we hadn't noticed until it was too late. Both of us are enrolled in their reward's program and had rewards to use on both our accounts. I requested my husband's soup to be on a separate check so he could use his which was expiring in a day.  Unfortunately, this wasn't done.  Instead, only his $5 reward was taken off verses any of the 3 $10 rewards on my account.  I asked if this could be changed because my rewards were going to expire this month as well, and no doubt they will go unused.  This is when Shawn, the GM, approached us at the bar.  He tried to explain that since the reward was expiring, he used that one so we wouldn't lose it.  Again, I asked if mine could be used instead. He said that it couldn't be reversed; therefore, the $5 reward was it.  He then very rudely said  "We've already given you $20 off".  When I replied that the drink special was listed on their website, he became a bit upset with me and focused solely on my husband. He repeated a few times "we've already given you $20 off".  Speaking to us over the bar, no doubt other customers could hear him belittling us.  He wasn't speaking in a quiet voice. He felt he "gave" us money off.  No, sir, the rewards have been "earned" by us, and your menus state the specials.  Shawn did not "give" us anything. He made it seem as though I was "entitled" to this discount and should be happy he was doing us a favor! Low and behold, what angered me the most was how he treated me as a woman.  He kept his eye contact solely on my husband.  When I tried to speak, he numerously shut me down in a very condescending tone.  He literally would not allow me in the conversation.  He wanted to do all the talking and explaining, yet I wasn't allowed to question anything nor chime in.  I feel he felt superiority over me. Last week, I combed through reviews on their website, as well as yelp.  I do see that many patrons praise Shawn.  Prior to covid when he was the Assistant GM, he would engage in conversation with us at the bar. Since obtaining his GM status, he'd never said boo to us until this confrontation.  A handful of bad reviews that mentioned Shawn seem to have pretty much the same problem with his attitude as we did.  It's a shame as a customer to be treated so poorly.  Again, he didn't "give" us anything, so his tone and attitude was unwarranted.  Lastly, in regards to the $20 bonus cards which we obtained by purchasing $200 worth of gift cards, he said only one could be used at a time.  I was taken aback because we buy these gift cards yearly, and we've never encountered that rule.  Our bartender did, indeed, grant us the use of them. We've dined at this establishment for several years.  Prior to covid, we were probably in there a few times a month.  Over the years, we have brought many friends and family in for dinners to support this business.  Never have I been treated so poorly. read more

What a beautiful place. Our server was training a new employee and they both were great!! I had a Pink Lemonade Shandy and it was crisp and refreshing. We finally tried Sedona Taphouse, and I believe we have found our new favorite place in Nashville! Half of our family has a gluten allergy, and Sedona Tap House delivered phenomenally! The staff is amazing. Everyone we met was super hospitable, knowledgeable, and thorough. We were able to speak with them about their allergy precautions. When an allergy is presented to them, they stated they are hyper focused to ensure they prepare the food properly. They have a dedicated fryer and they use gluten free breading. Gluten free food we tried: Their crispy chicken sammich!!!! It has to be the best we ever had! But then they hit us with the crab stuffed shrimp! The ribeye was seasoned and prepared perfectly! The only gluteny goodness item I had was The French Quarter. This pasta dish was absolutely amazing! Each bite was perfectly balanced. The prices are better than most.
