With Bridge Street being generally closed over the weekends, some places on Bridge Street are easier to get to than others and Sedona is one of those places that is more easily accessible. It is right at one end of Bridge St., close to the intersection with Starr St., and one can park in the free parking lots right next to the restaurant. And so, driven in part by that consideration, my wife, 6 year old daughter, and I found ourselves here for brunch on an August Sunday afternoon. First the positives: 1. Food: The food itself was very good. I had the desert fire omelette. This is how the description reads: "House made bacon wrapped jalapeños stuffed with four different cheeses, chilled lime cilantro sauce, fresh pico, avocado. Breakfast potatoes." Yummy, right? That's what I thought as well and it turned out to be an excellent choice. It was among the best omelettes I have had in a long while. I would note though that this was pretty spicy and even as someone of Indian origin who likes hot food, I found myself gulping down water a fair bit. My wife, who tried some from my plate, also had the same reaction after her few bites. Next, in terms of food, my wife had the hot honey chicken biscuit. She liked it but she said that portions of the buttermilk biscuits were too heavily doused in honey, so she happily avoided those parts and let me have them instead. She found it had a milder flavor profile compared to my omelette. Having had both, I would agree. Nonetheless, it was a solid dish. My daughter - a more cautious eater - went with her tried and tested chicken tenders and well, they were as most tenders go. They did come with honey mustard sauce and ketchup and that's good because increasingly I have noticed places charging you for honey mustard (DON'T DO THAT!) Last but not the least, we had the apple tart. It came with ice cream and the tart, but particularly the ice cream, was simply delicious. 2. Service: Also very good in addition to the taste of the food itself, was the service. Our server, Ashley, had a great cheery disposition and she was quick to refill our waters on multiple occasions - something I surely needed. **Now a few reasons to take off a star:** 1. The food came out much later than we would have liked. There was easily a 25-minute wait between placing our orders and the food coming out and some of us at the table were starting to get hangry. Did we really need a 25-minute wait for chicken tenders? 2. The Sunday brunch menu that both my wife and I ordered from were not available in printed form but only online. More problematically, the server was unsure of where we would get the Sunday brunch menu. She looked at the additional menu that was clipped on a board but that just turned out to be the drafts list. 3. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The table where we were seated at was sticky. We requested someone to clean it up but even after that had been done, it still continued to be more than a bit sticky. My wife found that unpleasant and yes, truth be told, it would have been more pleasant and comfortable for all of us if the table had been cleaned more carefully.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] So those are just some observations for which I think the restaurant merits a 4-star as opposed to 5. We have been here earlier on a few occasions and in general, that's been my experience - very good but not necessarily in the best of the best. I personally like Black Lab Bistro a tad more than Sedona. For those of you familiar with Iron Hill Brewery (and are lamenting the fact that IHB Phoenixville closed some time ago), you can certainly give Sedona Taphouse a consideration. They would compare very well with IHB and you might find Sedona having a slightly more upscale feel. Overall, a nice spot in our neighborhood that is worth trying despite some service hiccups.

Great service, solid food. We did the mussels which had a nice broth and came with great bread rolls. I did the chicken piccata special with broccoli. Food was very fresh, chicken cooked perfectly and sauce was good. Husband got chicken Alfredo which was good, albeit a bit bland. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Service was spot on and the restaurant itself is cute.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

How smart, a list of the beers in our flight

What a first outstanding experience, our server, Ruby and the floor manager Jordan get a shout out for being true directors of first impressions. We drove in from Yardley to enjoy walking around Phoenixville, as well as for a late lunch early dinner on this last Sunday of summer and last day of August. [[HIGHLIGHT]]With the fabulous weather, we opted to sit outside on the upper patio and enjoy the music.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] To kick it off, I had the down east guava passionfruit cider, which was an excellent compliment to the weather and winding down of summer. My wife created a beer flight of dogfish pumpkin, bells, Oberon, Festbier, and Sterling pig dust. The winner for us end up being the bells Oberon. We started off with a spicy Thai shrimp, which had a fabulous flavor, and it was really a nice way to start the meal with a little bit of kick. Next, we share the canyon crab flatbread, which had a fabulously unexpected flavor profile and again it just went perfect with the mood of the afternoon and then we wound up sharing the Sedona taphouse burger with Southwest corn cooked, medium, again, a really nice play and I'm not a burger eater. I would've preferred medium rare, but gave to the wife, but nonetheless, it was all in all an exceptional meal and an exceptional first visit. We highly recommend Sedona taphouse as we've tried a few of the other places and just felt they fell flat. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Fresh ingredients, beautiful plating, presentations killer staff, good vibe.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] See your food pics

Update: after our less than ideal experience at STHPHX the manager Jeff reached out and set to make good of a bad experience. After some private communication Jeff welcomed us back tonight. We were greeted and treated with kindness and joy and seated promptly. We were given a wonderful waitress named Lexi and were greatly taken care of by all staff. It was a very busy Friday night but our food came out within a reasonable time frame especially our appetizer. We tried the special app crab artichoke dip and it was delicious! Truly obsessed. My husband got the Southwest salad off the regular menu and was loving it. He ate the entire thing and said he wants to come back and get it again! I got pasta primavera and it was very good and had lots of flavor and the pasta was perfect! As promised, at the end of the meal Jeff checked in again and also gifted us with a very generous gift card for our bad experience a couple weeks ago. He was so generous and kind and friendly. We made sure to leave a good cash tip for our awesome server Lexi. We are really IMPRESSED with sedonas sincerity and generosity to make sure we had a good experience and improved on our last one. Truly a wonderful establishment with incredible management and staff. Thank you everyone who we met tonight!

Shrimp & grits were so good! I've been a few times for happy hour but never dinner. Will definitely go back.

    Seasonal beer - so good!

We took our dog out for a weekday lunch. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Very nice and spacious outdoor seating area, but quite noisy since it's right on the street.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Our dog didn't like the noise . Service was perfect. Food was delicious. Prices were reasonable. We had the wings and 2 flatbreads. See pics. I liked that they had a decent seasonal beer selection. We'd definitely go back.

Grabbed lunch here while in town boating friends. We had our dog with us and they were very accommodating and sat us on the patio. The drink menu is extensive and the brunch menu is awesome! The advacdo toast was delicious and the Southwest omelet was scrumptious. Service was friendly and attentive. The restaurant was beautiful and I enjoyed the patio with the view of main street!

The service was top-notch - friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond. But the real star of the show was the Alpine chicken sandwich ... I mean, it was perfection! The flavors, the texture, the presentation... everything was just right.

Best service I've ever had. Very informative and fast. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The place had a slick modern vibe.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Not my style but nice and big windows so I could people watch outside.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The food was amazing. I had the Devil's Pass pasta. Solid spice but didn't overpower the other flavors. Lots of meat and half for leftovers. Well worth the price and can't wait to come back.

Another great meal at Sedona. For a chain, I feel they got it right. Great ambiance and service. Great food and beverage at a fair price. As a beer snob, I enjoy STH's selection of not only some very nice local brews but some of my favorite higher end regional micros (TG's King Sue). I like stopping at this STH when traveling in the Phoenixville area. My only negatives are that the on street parking isn't the greatest and it can get a little cold at bar when people go out to the patio. I like their filets, pasta, burgers; I've never had a bad meal. Tonight my server was Cherish at the bar, not only was service great but I enjoyed talking with the other patrons. See you next time I'm in town.

We've been here countless times and it's always a favorite. It's best to make a reservation ahead of time since the wait times can be long. The drink menu has something for everyone and plenty of beers on tap. Prickly pear margarita is delicious. For appetizers, we love the hummus board and the nachos. Their shrimp tacos are a favorite. They have a nice bar area and outdoor seating area when the weather is nice. There's even an outside bar. Staff are very friendly. Definitely recommend!

The nachos were good with plenty of toppings and very fresh. For my meal I had the bourbon bacon cheeseburger with hand cup fries and my wife had a garden salad. The burger was done perfectly and very juicy with lots of flavor. My wife said her salad was also delicious and very fresh. The only disappointment was the fries. They were chewy and not crisp at all. They tasted like they were under a warmer for hours. The fries also were a very small portion size. I would not recommend getting the fries try one of the other sides. Overall I would give Lock 29 a try if you are in the area.

We saw ducks, a whole group of little baby ducklings, turtles...that alone would get me in the door! Service and food were thankfully also great. Our server was so sweet and kept apologizing for how long it would take her to return to our table even though I think it was a completely normal amount of time, so I super appreciate how attentive she was. Food was great. We got the hoagie dip which was delicious. I got the Mediterranean bowl with seared tuna and it was tasty, chickpeas especially cooked perfectly. My husband got the catfish po boy which was massive and had great flavor. Will definitely come back!
