There was a couple that was there before my gf so she took care of them (understandable). There were two other couples that walked in after my gf, they then sat at each end of the bar to order (there's 3 orders to be taken atp and my gf should be next). The bartender skipped my gf even tho she was there first, waiting right in the middle area of the bar to order (bartender walked each end of the bar and ignore the person in the middle? ) After she took care of the couples, another couple walked in and she immediately took care of them again "u closing ur tap? Let me help u" (while my gf still waits). After everyone got their drinks and walked outside, my gf was able to order the drinks. Idk what was the issue, my gf and I were the only POC there (there is a racist reputation online for the town of Penfield. Look it up) I hate to say that was the reason but idk. We got the chicken wing dip and a arugula balsamic pizza. Both were delicious and a compliment to the drinks. I got a plum cider second round. The drink menu has something for everyone from intriguing cocktails to tasty ciders. The whole experience was great. The location is perfect and the atmosphere is fun and warm. Muller's is an awesome destination in the city of Rochester.

I've been enjoying them mixed up with the ciders for several months now. Killer Bee is one of my favorites. Aunt nice bite (or is that sting?!) Smokiness, bright, tart notes, mild warmth teetering on the cusp of true spice heat - that's their write up and it's pretty accurate. They also have 1115 Mead (1115 E. Main Street is their address), The Hopped One, Knotweed Warrior are on tap now and they have others by the bottle. Come visit - with friends. It's not a huge space so it's much more intimate.

I wasn't that hungry so believe it or not. I ordered off of the kids menu! The burgers were huge. They were double patties and I didn't think I needed that. So I ordered the chicken strips/chicken fingers which came with their potato differs, which are like thin potato wedges. You had your choice of sauces so I got barbecue and lime Crema. Both were really good. My wife ordered the pulled pork sandwich and could only eat part of it because it was huge too. It also came with the potato dippers. She liked what she had of it! So there is a farm that is part of Blue Barn Cidery and they just harvest it a whole bunch of blueberries so they are selling blueberry confections in their gift shop. When you first walk in you walk right through the gift shop which sells honey and candles and T-shirts, etc. They have a whole bunch of choices of cider, but I'm more of a beer guy so I got my favorite, which is Other Half Green City IPA. My wife hasn't been drinking, but she absolutely loves root beer and they have Saranac root beer there so she was happy. I asked Dave several times for payment updates and request a modest but regular payment plan on a weekly basis. I was also told by 3 other vendors in the tri state area that Dave is also past due 8+ months on their invoices. Since last year, Dave has emailed and texted me 17 times false information including "check is in the mail", "check will be sent out this week". It's all in writing. How can you support a business who doesn't pay their vendors? I am a proud small business owner who supports locals business across the country. Dave, do the right thing and pay us what we shipped you a year ago. It's not ok to steal and think you can get away with it.
