Jamie said he would call me if he saw any without taking my number and ended the call. Jamie also argued that a Qx60 Hybrid didn't exist....it does. They stopped making them around 2014. Jamie argued said no vehicle exists. The receptionist was very kind. However I will not be using this dealer due to how short Jamie treated me and stating he would call but did not get my number. Bommarito Infiniti. PERIOD. Boy did I have an INCREDIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE at the shop at Bommarito especially because of the stewardship of SCOTT ISBELL. I came in with a complex and frustrating liftgate failure on my QX50. The shop was extremely busy, yet Scott greeted me immediately, got to me as soon as he could and listened intently to my issue description. Then he took over the coordination of inspection and onsite service keeping me informed along the process. When the repair required additional alignment at their offsite body shop (which was already closed) he sent my QX50 over to them anyway, put me in a courtesy rental and called me in early the next day to pick up my smoothly operating Infiniti. A brief synopsis of the issues with Bommarito Infiniti! I have yet to hear back from this dealership in regards to their lack of attention to my vehicle after I just paid $5,000 that started out as just a water pump installation on my Infiniti G-37!! After about 5 miles after picking up my vehicle, the check engine light came on. I immediately called the service department and left a message. The next day my car was NOT driving correctly and I called again! Got voicemail Opened the hood to see what was happening and oil ALL OVER MY ENGINE, dripping! Called again, left voicemail! Next morning added oil and went to the dealership! The dipstick was dry and was told I ALMOST BLEW MY ENGINE! Called into work and spent the whole day at BOMMARITO INFINITI and was finally told about the amateur mistake their service department did! They wanted me to pay an additional $872.00! Advised their error and they're eating it! Finally, got my car back and started home bound .. car was driving all squirrelly and it looked like my hood was floating!! Pulled over and opened my hood .... Tried to shut it and discovered HALF THE HOOD LATCH HARDWARE IS MISSING!! Bungee cord the hood and went straight home. When turning, the car was all over the lane! Checked my air pressure .... All FOUR TIRES AT 20 PSI.. I keep them at 45! ... I have called numerous times and left God knows more than 15 voicemail messages to the Service writer, Service Manager, Sales Manager asked the receptionist to do a written message and even left a voicemail on JOHNNY BOMMARITTO's voicemail!! NO ONE has called me back and now when I cal the receptionist tells me no matter who I ask for "their voicemail box is full" .. that accident that just happened and the woman died when a chunk of metal went through her windshield .. well, when my hood flies off when I'm on the highway and causes an accident ...ITS ALL BOMMARITO INFINTI's fault for the sabotage they done to my car and REFUSE TO RECTIFY THEIR SERVICE DEPARTMENT MISTAKES!! I own a q50. I have had 2 full engine replacement. The first one took exactly 8 business days. The replacement was a little weird seeing as how the same problem came up about 2 months after. The one my car has currently been in the shop for is what I'm not impressed with. It is clear that because this fix is under warranty and not a money maker for the company it is not prioritized at all. Today marks 2 full months I've been getting fed Lies about people calling in sick and the whole 9 yards. But because it's a used infinity and my location I'm kinda cornerd into doing business with them. read more

When I arrived around 8:00 am, Chris B. took my information and showed me the courtesy vehicle. The courtesy vehicle was clean, full of gas and an upgrade from my vehicle. Worst experience I have ever had! We Drove 4 Hours with our kids to pick up a car that they were very misleading about. My wife and I both took off work to come to St. Louis. The pictures they posted online didn't show all the wear on the seats. They showed about 10% of the actual damage to the front driver side leather wear. The car wasn't even detailed or cleaned on arrival. The manager that called me to discuss the issue (which I had to ask for a call) hung up in my face and was Extremely RUDE! If your looking for a service department that is in the business of not taking responsibility for the mistakes they make then this is your place!!! I leased 2 vehicles there and have had both my QX50 and QX60 serviced at this locations since we leased the vehicles. This has been to only place that has touched my vehicles upon the most recent failure. Before we moved from Missouri to Michigan, I had both vehicles serviced to include an oil change at this location in August. In late October my engine light came on during a road trip and upon having it towed to the Grand Rapids Infiniti found that the oil plug had worked its way out and onto the skid plate that encased the engine. Keep in mind we are in the midst of a pandemic and the miles put on the vehicle are minimal during that time period. There are one of 2 explanations, faulty oil plug, or it was not properly tightened when last serviced. Grand Rapids concluded it was not a faulty oil plug. This only leaves one conclusion. Bommarito made a mistake. But good luck getting them to admit their error or even try and assist in a remedy to the situation. Only a response of, "Corp Infininty" agrees with us there was no way the plug worked it's way loose over 2 month period. Well Sir, I disagree. My next call will be to Corp Infiniti to have a conversation. I can go on about the details but bottom line, just another dealership run by management that wants no part in taking ownership of their mistakes. Must go against their bonus dollars! In concluding this review, I will give a great deal of credit to the dealership in Grand Rapids and their customer service, for left in the hands of Bommarito, I would be left out in the cold during a pandemic!! Don't make the mistake of choosing this dealership when you have so many other options. So everyone is aware Mike the Service Director is already playing defense and is expecting these reviews. My girlfriend didn't like the steel blue/ grey exterior and cherry interior but i loved it . She liked the black on black. I wasn't sure about buying a vehicle at a dealership that is about an hour away from our house however we really wanted an Infiniti. We bought our QX80 in September and at first, Shane, our salesman was great! He was very responsive, quick to answer questions and even walked me through all of the features when I picked up the vehicle. I thought we had found the perfect salesman and dealership where we would buy all of our future vehicles. After the sale, he was done with us as well as their GM. Neither followed through with very minor things that I requested. Not sure I would buy another INFINITI from Bommarito. Their service department is the total opposite - Rob was amazing and makes you want to come back to Bommarito. This was my first service and he walked me though ever step of the process. All of the loaner cars were cold and snow covered. The one that I had was warm, clean and had no snow on it. I was so impressed with every step of the service process. The employees' pride in their dealership is obvious. We have all of our service done on site and have always been pleased with the customer service and knowledge in that department. We admit that we do not use the on-line scheduling since it is known to be glitchy. Today, everyone wants to use on-line scheduling! Fix that and it will fix all these one star reviews. Initially poor experience with their service dept but that has since been improved on. Dash was damaged during airbag recall repair service and prior service manager plus his staff uncooperative. That service manager no longer works at this dealership. Through diligent work with BBB, Infiniti Corporate and new manager, I now have an agreeable corrective course of action and have the dash scheduled for replacement per Infiniti's work standard required if dash is damaged during recall work. My first review was 1 star however I have since elevated it now that I have cooperation from their new service manager. The service dept has since completed satisfactory work and replaced dash assembly and I believe this location can now be trusted for further visits. Current management now display and perform the customer service you would expect from the Infiniti brand. read more

I took my vehicle in for service to have the airbag light diagnosed. They said there was a recall for my airbag and it needed to be replaced. After looking at it they told me that they could not perform the recall because my driver side seat does not work properly. The seat does not move forward or back. It was explained to me that it does not affect the airbag light or function of the passenger airbag but that they could not perform the recall on the passenger airbag due to the driver seat not working. It makes no sense at all to me and the service consultant said the same thing but that Infinity doesn't allow them to service it unless both seats are functional. It was priced to fix the seat at just over $900. I find that outrageous. After speaking with the service manager she said the same thing. She was very helpful but I do feel this is an error or mistake on the dealers part. She told me to contact Infinity and I want to know if this is correct. It doesn't seem logical read more

I recently found a great price at this dealership online. I filled out the application for financing online to lock in the vehicle. I waited two days, but did not hear from anyone at this dealership. I called to find out if the vehicle was still available. Jaimie, the salesman, said he would try to get my financing done. I stated I received a high offer from my current bank and just hoped they could do better. He said, "If you paid your bills on time, we wouldn't be having this conversation." I couldn't believe my ears. I let him know he lost a sale because I wanted this vehicle, but he should probably learn how to speak to people instead of treating everyone like a number. This is the second time we had taken our car to Bommarito Infiniti service department and we did not have a good service experience. First, they said they did not have our appointment which we did thru their online system. Second, it took 3 hours for an oil change, to do a multi point inspection, and quote suggested repair or maintenance items. They said what caused the long wait was because they changed systems and they were still learning the new system. They said the new system was causing communication difficulty between the service advisors and the service tech. I understand things happen, but it is how you handle those situations that makes the difference. If you are having issues then give the customer a heads up it will take longer than normal or offer an option of coming back another time. Finally, here is a tip to management: Learn your new systems beforehand, don't test your new systems out on your customers. I can't recommend them with service and lack of communication like that. read more
