The owner and Boris went above and beyond to try their best to cater to us on a day they were closed to the public. The accommodation and tasting was very interesting as brewing Kombucha takes more precise skills than you think. I would recommend a visit here if you come to Seattle. It's about a 30min car ride from they city but well worth it. You can also pick up bottled Kombucha here as well that you can't get in stores. Enjoy! Location: industrial warehouse in Kent Parking: Plenty Service: outstanding Prices: lower than retail Ambiance: small and crowded, smells like kombucha but bright and clean.

I purchased a tour and tasting package for my wife for Christmas. I've tried kombucha before and it's always been to vinegary for me. My wife loves it (kids can't get enough of it either) so I gave in and went with her. We arrived early to the location and found a "how to make kombucha" class just finishing up. It was a large class of 14 students (aka adults). Spent a little time talking with people and was very interested in taking that class also. You get a starter with a Scoby to take home and try. We had 3 couples in our group. Wayne, the owner of the company was our tour guide and kombucha expert. We talked about all things kombucha and how the company started and where it's going. We saw every part of manufacturing and bottling. We tasted it in different stages of fermenting. We tasted lots and I mean lots of different types and special kombuchas. Ok remember I don't like kombucha! Right, nope! I was wrong I enjoyed this brand. It was not sour or vinegary at all! I enjoyed all of the flavors and this changed my mind about kombucha forever. So much we will be getting a keg, yes a keg, of it to have on tap 24/7 at home. Now the hardest part to pick a flavor!!! We purchased 2 cases when the tour was over so we could take them home to the kids and have our own tasting at home. Also got a starter kit so my wife could play around with making some at home with the kids. I would highly recommend you take the time and enjoy some of the best kombucha I have ever had. The Seattle kombucha company is a keeper and is a local Business. Shop local support local!!

Wonderful experience learning about how magical kombucha is. This company has so many delicious flavors that it's hard to choose just one. I love that this is a local company that cares.

I'm kinda surprised that I never made it in before the baby shower, because this spot is pretty close to home. Parking is easy with several lots around the area and also street parking out front of the brewery (if you're lucky enough to snag one). This place is huge! Super open concept and I can definitely see how they manage to host events here on a regular basis. Also love the vibe here and the string lights, it just makes everything feel cozy. They have lots of board games, corn hole, and a steel tip dart board for people to enjoy. They're also kid-friendly which is nice to note for future visits (sorry if you're one of those people who doesn't like kids at breweries, we're still rollin' up). Service was great while we were here as well. Their beer selections are solid and I enjoyed their hazy. They also have a cider or two on tap as well as a seltzer, if I'm remembering correctly. They have a good selection of canned wines as well. Overall this is a solid brewery and with it being close to home, I'm sure we'll be back a few times this summer!

I've had beers here a couple of times and I must say I liked the second time better. I liked the Oktoberfest beer that I had compared to some of the lagers offered here. Food here is super good as they specialize towards savory pot pies and sweet pies as well as macaroni and cheese. Steve got a delicious vegetable pot pie with a excellent arugula salad. I got the Caprese Macaroni and Cheese which was out of this world. So good! The sweet pies are quite good as well as I had a Key Lime slice of pie and Steve had a stout pie. Both pies were awesome! We came on a Sunday right at opening, after what was one of their busiest weekends. I was slightly disappointed to be honest because they were out of basically everything. We got the last pies they had and even the last Diet soda. We took the only pies they had which was a beef and a veggie. Both of the pies were fantastic! The crust was great and they had an awesome flavor. I was disappointed to find out that the pies are not actually made by them on site, but I guess bought and shipped in. We wanted to try cider, but alas the prior group from the night before unfortunately drank everything they had. Overall we had a good experience but it wasn't exactly what I was hoping for. I am looking forward to going back again to try some cider and their chicken pie! I will re-review them then!
